I am strongly considering on my next trip to Tijuana to stick only to street girls as I feel the temptation to LFK, DFK or whatever is too high with a bar girl. It seems that you'd almost for sure get C19 from someone if they had if from so much kissing.

Besides the alley, I know there are street girls several blocks up Constitution, but have not explored much myself. Does anyone know up to what street they go to? Are there other streets nearby worth exploring?

I've never had a street girl try kissing, so I feel I'm safe from the risk that way.

Once you leave HK, the risk for a mugging goes up with each step away from HK. I've done the walks but shouldn't have. The only attractive woman, IMO, is walking south from HK, on the side with playboy club, so go out HK front door, make right, walk past Adelitas, make first right, and walk a few blocks, that's it. The other side of that street is where I got assaulted when I wasn't drinking or going to hk just walking to a hotel. That back streets going east west definitely don't do those alone and any girl found on those streets you don't want. You really have to do this walk between 11 am to 4 pm to find that attractive 28 year old, that's new. Its also safer. The woman on the other side of this street, where I got choked out, are usually the lesser looking woman, I did see one last week that looked like a 9 in front of the parking garage but I just felt for sure it must of been a scam between her clothes, her hot looks, in front of garage not a hotel, also a lot drug dealers on that side police used to stop me when I was new, before I got mugged on that street. If you turn towards the arch / revolucion, you need to turn on that busy street with more bars, trans woman etc, even then this is not necessarily a safe street and zig zag walking is a good idea here. But don't go further south than this street there's nothing going on.

Felt the need for some action so decided to head to Tijuana and see my new favorite Elizabeth. Normally don't visit Tijuana on Mondays since things are usually slow in the Zona. I am fortunate that I have some regulars like Elizabeth. Got a great BBJ / facial from Elizabeth. This was probably one of the best BBJ's I have had all year. Elizabeth blew me for almost a hour. The action was a bit on the slow side. Did not see my other favorites like Cathy. In the end was happy how things went for a Monday evening. Headed back to the US around 9 pm.

I think Tylenol is Panadol in British countries. So if you ask for Tylenol, say, in Singapore, they wouldn't know what it is. Worse if you are in non-English speaking countries.

Yes, this has been a source of annoyance when traveling globally. Trying to figure out what a particular medicine is called in whatever country you're visiting. Sometimes using the "official" name helps. Like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Google is sometimes helpful when looking for the different brand names for a particular drug.

Funny, I traveled all over the world and never had trouble except twice returning to the USA through Laredo, Texas. CBP decided to search my bag, took out my pill box and examined the pills carefully. Luckily I labeled them (I sometimes forgot which is which too).

But. If I had to, I have pictures of everything, and anything I need can be purchased dang near anywhere OTC in MX or TH where I'm generally found away from home. Any decent Pharma can understand the label.

True. Buyers of generic drugs in Mexico should at least research the labs which they come from. From my experience buying meds in Mexico the laboratory where it comes from means a lot. I never shop at one of the off beat pharmacies. Always somewhere like Gusher (first choice) Or Roma Etc. Stick to the big names.

Do all your pills remain in the brown prescription bottles or have you tried carrying them in daily pill planners? I hate having to carry too many bottles which takes up space in my carry-on.
