Been going to Tijuana for over 10 yrs, usually every summer, 2 to 3 nights. Never did a street girl, but always circle the block a couple times each night. On my recent visit, looks like the numbers and quality are down. Some of the girls seem to be standing there, forever. Very tough life.

My take away's from my start this week are the following. I'm convinced a lot of Paraditas don't have their health card. I talked to one of my chica friends and said that it's 3,100 pesos if I remember correctly. That's a lot of money for chicas that may not get much business. And many complain they don't get a lot of work. I just don't think is a priority for some to spend that kind of money for what they could perceive as a bad return. My chica friend admitted that she doesn't have one. So I asked her what she does if la policia asks for it. Her response was that they just advice her to get one. I've yet to see a health card. I'll continue to ask.

I think I have enough data to say the high rent district is dead during the day. There's only one chica that gets my attention. I don't remember if I've approached her. I may have to get her early just in case she's a *****. I can identify MariChuy but she used to give me a good price. So not high rent. And I cut her from my rotation a long time ago. There's another chica with a piercing on top of her cheek who used to duck me when I passed through there. She doesn't do it anymore. Which is good cause I never got why she did that if I wasn't going to go back after meeting other chicas. Anyway if my timeline is correct the high rent district has been dead since Hong Kong did some sort of remodeling in that area. It must be 3 years or so. Ever since chicas went to other areas of La Coahuila. And the chica talent that was left behind isn't worth stopping for.

I don't know if your "high rent district" is exactly the same area that I considered the "SG High Rent District". When I would make that reference, I was always speaking about the middle of the alley's north sidewalk, basically from the Hong Kong entrance to the entrance of (hotel) El Porton. I seemed to get higher quotes from SGs for citas that stood in that particular section of the north sidewalk, when compared to all other areas where SGs stood out, including the west end of the north sidewalk (where Cuartos Venicia is) and also the east end of the north sidewalk (where that hair salon is).

Didn't MariChuy post up on the south sidewalk of the alley? Like near the hotel El Patron & Karla's Bar? For me personally, I never thought of the alley's south sidewalk as part of any high rent district. Of course I always considered Constitution, Primera & Nino Heroes as the affordable SG sidewalks. Do you define or map a different SG HRD?

Back around that time I was in TK and 2 guys mugged me on broad daylight & the corner of Primers & Constitution. These days I am careful to always look behind me in the Zona.

I remember back when I first started to read other hooker boards in 2004, that Primera (1st street) was referred to as "ratero alley" or similar nicknames due to frequent "choke-hold" robberies on that street against mongers in the one block between Revo & Constitution. I hardly ever read about choke-outs in that particular area anymore.

Kept on searching and ran across Trina. Decided to skip her service is lame and her body has way to much wear. I also met this new LSW walker named Remati. Good a very good BBJ / facial fo 400 peso's. The only downside was that Rmati was flat chested. Will probably see Remait again a better looking walker does not appear. In terms of safety the Zona and tourist areas of Tijuana is improving. I believe that the private security guards and the police patrols have driven off most of the Rateros. I am also glad to see that they fixed the lights on pedestrian bridge that crosses the flood control channel.

Yes. Got it from several HK employees. One ex-waiter is now lurking the Main Street in front of HK. Spoke to him once. He stated that he had a great thing with HK before he was fired for really screwing up badly. Another employee pointed him out and stated that he was fired for failing a drug test. Bear in mind that we are taking about Mexicans speaking pidgin English, and the ex-employee could have been fired after being caught selling drugs. Nevertheless I was in disbelief and asked if HK drug tested waiters, and was answered in the affirmative.

It's been my understanding for years that the meseros in HK pay daily for the privilege of working shifts there.

It has also been my understanding, because of the lack of well paying jobs in Mexico, there is a long line of men, more than HK can employ, desiring mesero shifts there.

Even with the limits they impose at HK to keep the number of meseros down, it always feels to me as if there were way too many for comfort in HK hustling drinks.

Drug testing of meseros may or may not be a new wide-spread policy of HK.

But HK would sure seem to be in a position where they could implement such a policy, if the upper management of HK wanted to.

Can hardly wait to hear the "news" how you spent next 7 hours wandering the dirty alleys, but "the redhead" was nowhere to be found. But then you found some old drugged-out skunk, who wanted $45 bucks, which was way out of you budget. And so you limped back home empty handed, again. I don't think either is the case. HK management allows certain dealers to openly sell drugs inside. One I know of chooses the Miami bar area to sling his dope. The bartender and meseros obviously see it going on if I do too, and they take no action against him. Certain meseros act as intermediaries between a dealer and customer. Some meseros probably sell drugs directly themselves, but honestly I don't know so don't quote me on that. But I do not believe HK is drug testing its meseros. Meseros pay HK a lot of money to work there. Those employees were lying to you. The single example of an anonymous mesero getting fired you provided is likely false. He was probably fired for scamming management somehow.

The US girls will appear from around 6;30-10 pm. But these days it's very random when they will come out.

Not the redhead. I meant just a general good time to go hunting for SG's or service vs after 8 on weekdays with the exceptions maybe being Thurs and Fri. Even then those time frames I gave you are ideal. You get the day and night crew combined for a few hours.

You sure about that? I haven't heard anything about HK drug testing their meseros. Could you provide the names / numbers of any meseros that were dismissed? Why would HK drug test and terminate sources of revenue? You do know that HK pays them nothing right? And that each mesero has to pay to work at HK. If HK ever drug tested and terminated their putas they would go bankrupt the next day.

Not the redhead. I meant just a general good time to go hunting for SG's or service vs after 8 on weekdays with the exceptions maybe being Thurs and Fri. Even then those time frames I gave you are ideal. You get the day and night crew combined for a few hours.
