I have read some of his post and I'm sure not all of them. I noticed that he like US street walkers and seeks them out even if it takes hours to do so. Those prices are still good and current. I have no problems getting a nice descent chica for 200 pesos. The $20- $30 USD prices are for those who like to over pay in dollars. If you are willing to pay $20-$30 USD the chica will gladly take it even if she goes for 200 pesos for others. Keep in mind with the current exchange rate $20- $30 USD. Is the equivalent to 400-600 pesos and 200 pesos is the equivalent to about $9. 50 USD. Less than $10 USD. It's definitely a no-brainer for me.
