It's legit. If you're in doubt about age, ask to see an ID or their health card to prove they're above 18. The only chance of getting scammed is about their pricing. Always ask about 'servicio completo' (complete service), otherwise they might want to nickel and dime you and rip you off once you're inside the hotel. They'll want to charge extra for them to take off their top, or you can't touch their boobs, etc. Asking for the price for full service up-front should eliminate that, and they'll tell the number of positions she'll allow, which is usually 2 or 3. I found the opposites of your observations.

There are different personalities among street and bar girls. They are not all good or all bad. I like to have fun and play with all.
