I have been bitching about the insane lines since the summer. I thought maybe they would ease up come the fall, but noooo. Apparently not.

Does anybody have any idea what's going on? Is it the usual CBP laziness, or are that many more people crossing the border? These 1.5 - 2 hour waits really dampen my enthusiasm.

Yes, there is a separate line for passport holders now. About time. But it only applies after you get inside the turnstile. Of all the land borders I've crossed, TJ has to be the worst, most incompetently managed.

Sunday at 5:30pm, line was wrapped around a stop sign, way before the taxi's normal drop-off and turn-around. 3 hours I was told. I went back to Rev and drank till 8:15, then taxi'd back. At the normal taxi drop-off, it was 2.5 hours to get thru. Monday 1pm, 1.5 hours in the line. Tuesday late afternoon, 1 hour 20 minutes. On Sun/Mon, I was getting the story that it must be the Columbus day holiday delaying people returning to the States. That could not possibly apply to Tuesday. The Mexicoach bus ticket guy on Rev told me that each bus trip was taking 2 hours to get to the building. He was right, mine went quickly to where the taxi's normally drop off, then lined up with the other busses where we sat, and sat... for two hours (that was the last bus out at 6pm). Another night I taxi'd back at midnight, there was no line outside of the building, I was thru in 10 minutes. A taxi driver told me the lines were heavy starting by 6am (some days by 5am he said), disappearing at 11pm. Its now a daily occurance. A mexican lady from TJ in line said she was checking the line time on TV every hour (channel 49 she said) before deciding when to go; that channel was showing the border line and estimated wait times.

I've heard that there is a new pedestrian line for passport holders then another one for non passport holders. Is this true ?

While I am here can anyone tell me how common it is to organize a 1 hr SG/SW session with *2 nuts ? Would $50/60 cover all expenses including the room ? I've never done that before.

But, as you said, there was a line a mile long at the border, full of Mexicans. it took a little over two hours to get back during the afternoon.

I would suggest guys who like the day shift get down as late as possible, perhaps 2pm, see their girl, then hang out until the evening, if possible. I know this sucks but so does standing in line for 2 hours!

Went to TJ Sunday Afternoon and spent 2 hours with my favorite SW. Paid $140.00 for 2 hours of pure GFE + $24.00 for the room. Popped three times in the 2 hours. I was not planning on the third pop but she instigated it and then worked me hard until I finally blew what little I had left.
My previous trip I Paid $200.00 for 3 hours with her.

I do enjoy the long un-rushed sessions with lots, talking holding and napping in between each run.

Told her next time I would take her to one of the better hotels like La Mansion or Motel Premier. I dont like to give names of the girls that I like but she is one of the prettier girls that works the afternoon shift, thin and very pretty as well as very sweet with me.

While down there I felt like I was the only Gringo In TJ. I honestly did not see any others. The line at the border was very long and full of Mexicans as well... I must had been the only Gringo American crossing back. All the other people in line looked like Mexican nationals taking their kids to the U.S for their week of school on the U.S side. I thought this was Illegal? I guess California allows this at our expense?

Had a good time with my girl but it was strange being the only gringo walking around in a sea of Mexicans.

I do miss the old days when there were lots of tourist as I see the street vendors getting hit hard with very little business.

I was there a few weeks ago and experienced the same thing. At the hotel I usually frequent the desk guy thanked me multiple times for patronizing their establishment. My girl was also very happy to see me. Seems there are few gringos going down.

yes some of the sg's have been dressing like school girls since i first came to tj, sometimes tempting. if a girl looks too young i avoid them. i saw a girl in hk tuesday who claimed she was 18 but she sure looked younger so i avoided taking her upstairs. the rule of thumb is always go with women who are legal in the usa no matter where you are. if you do not mess with **** woman and you will have no problem.

Girls have been dressing like that there since the beginning of time, and this is all you bring. I wish Jackson could delete your report, as it is not useful in any way at all and is just to pad stats. Come back when have something important to say. I may have less reports, but it is because I do not waste mongers time with stuff like this, and only write when I have something of use to them, This is an exception, because, this report was soooo un-helpful in any way, it needed a response.

Saw a half dozen girls in school girl outfits several times last week early evening at the SE corner of Constution and Coahuila, did not partake.

Actual law? That is a term that really doesn't apply to the red zone (zona norte). Just be ready to be detained possibly overnight or several nights if you are caught and have 'evidence' on a camera. This includes the tiny spy cameras that may appear to be key chain car door remotes, pen cams, button cams, etc.

Several guys have been using this to get video and stills over the past year and the chicas in the alley are wise to them. They can and will call the cops if they even suspicion you using one of these body cams. I'm not merely assuming this but know it to be fact that has happened.

There are a lot of unwritten laws that can get you in just as much trouble as those on the books. They can make up all kinds of shit by finding any kind of 'evidence' on you and hiding a flash card in your shoe isn't the answer.
