Part of the problem is that the police need to do more community policing and arrest the drug dealers. I am amazed to see the people that buy drugs. The west side of Constitution between between the alley and Primara (you mentioned) always looked old and sketchy, but I don't recall even one reported mugging in that specific area of sidewalk in all the time I've been reading Tijuana hooker boards. The best thing to do is to constantly look and see who is behind you. They make these sunglasses with built in mirrors The have little mirrors that allow you to see who who is behind you without turning around. The only downside is that they do not work in the dark.

Correct but I like doing a few things first. I like coming down on either side of Constitucion to see which chicas are there. Currently this area is light on talent but I'm optimistic.
