This is definitely a smart ass response. From my last trip to Tijuana I could see that this was not a common activity. Giving the "end game" the street girls are offering; not sure why they would be or anyone else would on their behalf so sensitive to the topic. Other than perhaps it is not been done much before, so it's not expected.

Simply trying to apply a concept that has worked well in strip clubs for years to gauge a women's sensuality to the street girls and also help them get some money.
