Was in need of some better action so decided to head down to Tijuana. When I crossed the border the customs official made me purchase a visa. Had to pay $30. Not even sure it was a Visa. I think the officer was trying to make some money for himself. Arrived in Tijuana around 4 pm. The weather was hot, but it was not sweltering thankfully.
