I am amazed at how little Spanish you need to know to have a great time.

There is really nothing to figure out on how to approach a SW. Once you find out where they are located, just do a tour and identify those that appeal to you. Next is to approach them and ask how much? Some of them speak some English, enough to quote you a price. Ask them whether they're talking USD or pesos (more common), then ask whether they cover menu items that you care about.

You may want to negotiate the inclusion of your preferred menu items, e. G. Kissing, CIM, anal, etc. For those you may need to pick up some Spanish or use a translation app such as Google translate, SayHi, or one of many others. Once the pricing is settled, just say let's go and follow the SW to her hotel. As to how much you expect to pay, RTFF, just that simple.
