There is no "always" for street girls. The price is what you negotiate. Here is my rule of thumb:

200 pesos plus room for standard fuck with just access to pussy.
300 pesos for standard fuck but naked.
400 pesos for total package of above but includes multiple positions or CBJ or both.
500 pesos and extra for the room for 30 minutes of strip, suck, fuck with multiple positions

These prices for mid-to-top-tier chicas -- chubbies and single moms with baby damage will usually do more for less.

It really depends on the girl. Prices in Tijuana can vary anywhere from 200 pesos to 900 pesos. Kayla charges $50, but she is the exception and is as hot or hotter than many of the HK girls. There are others such as Cynthia that charges $200 pesos. Normally the price for SG is anywhere from 300 peso's to 500 pesos depending on the girl.

100 pesos seems extremely low. The other factor is that there few SW's around or only about 1 or 2 that I would consider going with.

I typically offer 100 pesos to streetwalkers (unlicensesd street girls) for a blow job. On the sidewalk I do not suggest a "sin condom" blowob. I simply ask "Cien pesos por suckie?

Once up in the room the use of a condom is seldom discussed or done.
