I like the Hotel CeCe in terms of price and quality. Hotel CeCe charges $100 pesos for 30 minutes. Cascada's used to charge $7 for 20 minutes a few years ago. You need to clarify with the clerk that you are paying for 20 minutes. Otherwise they will knock on your door early.

If the girl has attraction for you, then there is a chance. The problem is most guys over pursue and chase the women out of their lives with needy clingy obsessive emotional behavior which is a major turn-off to women.
