That place was the same price (last week, when we went, 18.20) as the ones on Constitucion south of 2nd and so is about as good as you'll do in town. I got some cash at Wells Fargo in some part of LA, they only gave me 17.84, I think. I also changed some dollars at the one at the entrance to PedWest (https://goo.gl/maps/gVxaMWTFEwu), at 18.60 no fees this was the best I saw.

I also saw the place at the entrance to the plaza for the pedestrian bridge over the river, right where PedWest dumps you into MX offering a good rate.

All the SW's I have know here or in Tijuana survive from day to day. So counting on getting back loan money or credit is a waste of time and money.

Unfortunately I've never been able to collect juice from loans to street girls or walkers. But it did help keep me enjoying some low negotiated prices from rising.

Aside from a heavy smoking habbit Lindsey did appeared to be doing well. I do not believe that she haf a drug issue. Lindsey says she is living in SD now. I saw Britney and says she quit working as well. Hopefully Lindsey will do something with her life and I wished her the best. Lindsey seems fairly rational and level headed so I think she can straighten her life out. As for Britney I am less optimistic. Britney has a serious heroin addiction and outstanding warrant in the US. I did not see any US girls that interested me so decided to go with Jeanette. Jeanette's BJ was your typical half hearted CBJ and refused to go even half way down. The only good thing was that she let me tit fuck her. I will not see her again.

The weather was a bit cooler today so decided to head down to Tijuana and arrived around 3 pm and had a irritating and disappointing day in Tijuana. Walked around for a while and the action was a bit slow so decided to head to Puerto Nuevo. I went to this one restaurant called Villa Ortega's and ordered the Lobster Thermidor. I was originally told that the price was $22. The waiter then tells me that the price was $14 for the lobster. When the bill arrived it was $37 dollar. I asked why and they waiter says it was the jumbo lobster. I was so angry that I asked to speak to the manager and he would not budge. This amounts to extortion. I am so irritated that it will be a long time before I return to Puerto Nuevo. Taking the taxi vans is a big hassle and takes way to long.

Passion and intimacy? From. The street girls? You would likely need to pay triple to find one who fakes it, visit a few dozen times to become a regular who enjoys your skills, or look like a. Stud. The street girls from my experience are unhappy, rushed, won't take clothes off without doubling the price. Or at least ten. The only chance for chemistry and passion is go around eleven am. If Hong Kong is quiet you can get one that will show a real effort, or visit the other clubs and buy drinks find one who actually will like you. I've met maybe three that would qualify as liking me. The problem is unless you throw money around like it's nothing it takes a lot of time.

I've gotten quality chicas sin ropa (no clothes) for 250 MX pesos on most visits. At the current exchange rate it equals to about $13 USD. Much lower than US street walker prices posted here. Even if I spend $20 USD I will get the whole shebang FS with change left over. That's a fact.

I'm a horrible negotiator, which never helps with SGs. But sin ropa has been an issue only once. Hell, once I negotiated just a massage and HJ. It was the end of a long night and that was just calling me for some strange reason. Even then, that was sin ropa. I never mentioned it in negotiation.

On my second visit (first time with SGs) I got a beautiful girl that was just a pain. Wanted more money for every position, clothes, BJ. Her attitude was the epitome of a starfish.
