Why go there? The owner of the Tropical is the same owner as the Hong Kong so I'm guessing the renovated rooms at the Rizo will be of the same quality as the Hotel Cascadas. Just remember to request a room on the 6th floor of Cascadas as it is loud 24/7.

I'm not sure if the street girls will protest, but the girls in the alley (which are the prettier street girls) would have to walk a bit further then maybe they are comfortable with so some may turn you down. Unless of course you can speak really good Spanish and explain to them where you'd like to take them.
