Haven't been to a movie theatre in Tijuana lately but back in the day all movies were shown in English with Spanish subtitles. Consession snacks are also a third of the price they are here in US.

The movies at the mall, some outdoor outlet type of mall, is about 4 dollars, for normal theater. They have a higher level one as well. I'm too cheap to ever buy anything food wise at the movies but the prices was only maybe 25% less than USA prices. Makes you wonder how anyone in Mexico can even buy anything. Yep. The Global Entry card makes Tijuana very sweet for mongers.
