Haven't been to a movie theatre in Tijuana lately but back in the day all movies were shown in English with Spanish subtitles. Consession snacks are also a third of the price they are here in US.

The movies at the mall, some outdoor outlet type of mall, is about 4 dollars, for normal theater. They have a higher level one as well. I'm too cheap to ever buy anything food wise at the movies but the prices was only maybe 25% less than USA prices. Makes you wonder how anyone in Mexico can even buy anything. Even the burger king is the same as USA prices if you use the app coupons in USA.

Yep. The Global Entry card makes Tijuana very sweet for mongers. Instead of parking the car, walk across and cab to HK, we just drive straight through El Chaparral and arrive in HK in 5 minutes, do valet parking or park at Libra lot and Constitucion. My wingmen and I could not drive over without GE to drive the car back after midnight. GE takes usually 5-10 minutes when 6 ready lanes take 3 to 4 hours even after midnight.
