You have to be a serious repeat customer in the alley to get GFE. These girls are taught not to get close to the customers.

i agree that for the most part, the street girl experience is extremely underwhelming and lame, but there are some gems in the alley that myself, as well as others, have posted about on here. take a little time to go back and read some previous reports for alley girl recommendations.

i think your experience mirrors a lot of peoples'. so many of the pareditas talk a good game, but don't deliver upstairs.

That's the "asking" price. You should be able to get it for less, or, if not, 1/2 hour session for no more than $30. That's about 1/2 of your average AB chica's bill. Just smile and negotiate a bit. Unless it's freezing cold outside, it's a buyer's market.
