Returned to Tijuana Tuesday. Adelitas was very quiet. 3 steps into the place waiter wants to know my drink, I go to bar, bar tender keeps my dollar change without asking me. Adelitas beer is same price as HK for depressing atmosphere.

The objections kind of killed the vibe, but being the first lady sitting on my lap for the night, I couldn't resist that butt. I was kissing on her neck and back while she was grabbing junior. KoolBeans, I agree. Just my opinion but guys that worry about a dollar or two to a mesero are missing the whole point. If you let a dollar ot two ruin your night, that's foolish. Yes, some meseros are crooked or insert your favorite insult. It's rare. But if some mesero scams me out of a dollar, I'll be damned if that ruins my night. Think about all of the ways you waste a dollar every day in the states and don't think twice about it. I get the whole alpha male thing. But the way I see it, they work for me.

And I stand by my suggestion for those that go often. When you find a good mesero, make him your mesero every visit. There will be a mutual respect and you will have no problems with him, or others.

Personally I hate the hotel staff upstairs. At peak times like a Friday or Saturday night, I cannot really tell the difference in quality between Adelitas, HK or Chicago. It's only during the slow times like a mid week, mid afternoon that I sense a noticeable drop in quality in Chicago and Adelitas.

OMG. What a great experience with the Cheeto! That is what I love about these places. Always something interesting. Something you never thought would happen.
