That sucks to hear. But I got to say big mistake in not calling the manager. If you call the manager they would usually get a municipal cop ask her to empty her pockets. Etc. She would of been shaking in fear soon as you started hollering for help in the hallway.

He did not want to ruin the whole trip, and it would have ruined if he had done what it is suggested. For him the USD loss vs ruining the whole trip was not worth it. Only in Tijuana for a few hours. Yep, it is funny. At the end of the day, things could have been worse. What if he got robbed of everything, or even hurt. The ugly girl was desperate, and could have done worse if she had seedy friends. The thief did not take all the money just part of it, he told me he had 600USD with him.
