The only time I did not tip the roonm boy was when, after having paid for the room, gone in, undressed, etc.. the girl looking at my Junior said " muy grande, muy grande" put her clothes on and left me hanging there without further do.. I did not ask for a refund for the room, but felt that paying a tip would be too much. They were not too happy, but let me go without hassle...

Later on, at HK, one girl sat with me, felt my Junior and said "Whoo". I said "muy grande!", she answered something like " muy grande, muy buone!. Reassured, I took her up and had an enjoyable session. And I tipped the room boy...
Totally agree, let's not be Cheap Chjrlies, one dollar fo the room boy is an accepted part of the deal. No wonder gringos get bad reputation sometimes.

i tip the cum boy and the waiters. like the other guy said, these are guys doing somewhat honest work. i personally think they deserve a tip. i think both the cum boy and the waiters make money off of tips only. so i give the clean up guy a dollar and the waiter a dollar as well.

as for the beggars, i only give change like nickels or quarters to the little kids selling chiclets. they don't deserve to be living in the streets.

there was only one time i didn't tip the cum boy. while i was in the room with the girl, someone was singing outside the room on and off. the chica thought it was funny and would join in with the guy singing then she'd giggle.

but all that made it hard for me to enjoy myself. after the girl left, i walked out the door and asked who was singing. the cum boy pleaded guilty with a smirk on his face. i told him it made it hard for me to concentrate. then said, "for that you're not getting a tip" and walked away. he was speechless and surprised but once i got around the corner of the hall he yelled out something about it being my own fault that i couldn't concentrate. i yelled back, "whatever!" and kept walking.

ah okay, thanks for so many people clearing up the location to luxor. it's off the normal path i take. i never even go over there. i'll take a look at it though the next time i go.

cow x; cameras are not allowed in adelitas. but this doesn't mean they are tough on enforcing it. they won't pat you down or anything. i've seen a guy taking pictures with his digi-cam inside the bar, luckily that guy didn't get caught. a camera flash in the bar is not entirely unusual since there is usually a guy walking around offering to take a picture of you and the hot chica you're currently sitting with, for a fee of course. not sure what will happen if they catch you with a camera though. i suppose it could be a simple, "put it away," a confirep001ion or even something as big as getting the cops to come for you. so the safest bet is to not show it at all.

although, i've shown pics from my cell phone to some of the girls and some of the girls have shown me pics from their cell phones. so its perhaps okay to show pics(don't quote me on that) in the bar but its definitely not okay to have it pointing around like your taking pics.

in the rooms, you can do just about anything you want, i'm assuming. so you should be able to take pics of the girl. that is if she lets you. most girls don't want to have their picture taken. so don't take their picture unless they allow you to. remember, the bars are backed up by the police. hell, the police station is practically on the same street as the alley. so anything you do to disrespect their business, they wont hesitate to call the cops on you. and i'm sure i don't have to mention why being taken in by tj cops is not a good thing.

One tips for services. The kid cleans the room. That's a service, and one that few of us would do. Therefore, I tip. I also tip the cleaning ladies in hotels, cab drivers and waiters. These people are acutally working for a living, unlike so much of the street flotsam that wanders around TJ. I never give money to street beggars, no matter how pitiful. But I don't have a problem with small tips to productive people. I think it may help foster a work ethic.

Actually I make the guy earn his buck by asking for an extra clean sheet when I go in. Best to avoid some of those little buggers (scabies, mites, etc) from the unwashed sheets they leave on the AB beds when it's busy.

Read up on them, and you'll quickly realize a clean sheet is worth a buck.

Cameras in Adelitas so in order to take pictures of the girls its just in the room right? and are people just allowed to take the camera inside Adelitas showing it a bit or do you have to hide it the whole time till you get to the room, What do they say to you if they see it.

Wait, so Luxor is not in Tj? I thought it was. I was looking for it walking around Zona norte and even the strip the last time I went. This is probably why i never found it.

Luxor is located next to the Pueblo Amigo hotel in TJ.There are some hot chicas there but i prefer AB.
