I had read some forums that existed back then for a couple of months before venturing out in the daytime one late October day in 2004. In comparison to HK, I understand that quality and volume will be lower and a more low-key environment. And arriba should be less expensive. Anything else an AB virgin should be aware of, specifically, are the girls more or less aggressive? Is it appropriate to test the waters at the tables like HK?

Ab, never a cover. Girls are not as overall hot as HK, but still plenty to choose from. More girls will approach you at Ab. Arriba prices start cheaper, and rooms are too.

Go on a busier day and the place is a smorgasboard of women, all shapes and sizes. I would consider it a great bar for a shy kind of guy. I guess you could call the chicas aggressive here. Of all the bars this is the one you will most likey just have to stand there and be approached. The conversation will go something like this. " Hola, you buy me cerveza?" NO she will then point up and say "You want to fuck me?" And there you have it.

It is far from being a local bar. If you are trying to avoid local type bars, just stay out of La Gloria bar.
