I think it would depend on the clientele base. I have no clue what the ratio is but I do wonder how many regulars there are vs tourists or rare visitors. Also, any one chica has to compete with 70 others in HK, streets full of other willing chicas, escorts, etc. I don't like it but I can understand the aggressiveness. On the other hand, they should realize, one trip arriba = a weekly wage in Tijuana. I say that not to mock the situation, which is sad.
