Posts: 6523This is my guess: The regular lanes for cars and pedestrians are open 24/7, but the truck lanes are open 6 AM to 8 PM for businesses that move goods across the border.
Thanks Steve.

Posts: 6523I crossed a few times but only during business hours. When I took the Sentri / GE interview, it was after 8 PM and people were walking across the bridge. Something's not right.
You should drive over and check out the bars along that main road into Centro. I have seen many good-looking working women sitting at the combined bar and pizza place, not eating, not drinking, just waiting for someone. They are not the prettiest or freshest, but unique, authentic local flavors.

It's open 24/7/365. Not sure why the website says that? Believe me I've gone many weekends without a problem.
It's always been walking across the bridge. Never had the balls to drive my car to the Zona. Although the cars are always crossing also.

Posts: 30A bit late on the report but went into Adelitas Friday and tried a girl. Surprised but she was new and I was her first customer, she was also 18 years old. Her pussy was very tight and she seemed to really be moaning in pain / pleasure. She didn't suck my dick, only hand job to get me hard but I am not complaining as her teeth were pretty messed up and for some reason I think my dick would have came out scarred from being sucked by her mouth.
She is about 5"3 , and has a beautiful face and body but very nasty teeth. Over all I would rate her a 9, she really needs to get braces though then she will be a 10.
Funny thing is people were ignoring her. I am guessing because of her teeth. I didn't notice her teeth until we went upstairs and she started talking.

There is some shattered glass sometimes, but I'm a gambler by nature. Never had a problem over the 2 years I've been parking there. Also 120 pesos each way. I never pay more unless I tip.

You still just walk in to Nogales. They do not check anything.

Posts: 276Adelita's Bar September 2016 update
My first surprise was the new requirement to show a USA passport and fill out a form ("Forma Migratoria") to walk from San Ysidro (San Diego) into Tijuana. In the past, I just walked in. News reports that turned up in a Google search said these requirements started in August 2015. However, the same news reports say this is true only when entering Tijuana. If anybody knows if it is still possible to walk into other Mexico border towns without showing a passport, passport card, or other identification, or filling out a form (e. G. , Nogales, Juarez, Acuna, Piedras Negras, Nuevo Laredo), please let the rest of us know.
My second surprise was the pedestrian passageway, known as the East pedestrian pathway, from the USA to Mexico goes to a different part of Tijuana than the walkway I used in the past, which is apparently called the West pedestrian passageway Finding my way from the East walkway to Adelita's was difficult and was a long hike. If you walk in via the East pedestrian passageway, it is probably best to take a taxi to Adelita's once you reach the Mexico side of the border. If you're walking, a good landmark is the large arch. Adelita's is a block or two from the arch. A web page I found said Adelita's Bar address is Calle Coahuila 8065, Zona Centro.
Currently (September 2016) there is (apparently) only one pedestrian walkway into Mexico from San Ysidro and (apparently) two from Tijuana back to the USA: I don't know for sure the East passageway is open for your return to the USA, because I didn't walk back that way. The other pedestrian pathway between San Ysidro and Tijuana is, on the USA side, called the West Pedestrian Facility. On the San Ysidro side, the West Pedestrian Facility is near Virginia Avenue. As of September 2016, the West Pedestrian Facility is only for entry into the USA, not into Mexico. A man in uniform at the West Pedestrian Passageway told me there are plans for the West Pedestrian Passageway to be made two-way (for entry into either Mexico or the USA), but he didn't know when that will happen. When the West passageway is opened for pedestrian traffic into Mexico, and your destination is Adelita's, that's the better way to go if you plan to walk the entire way.
My third surprise was how young, thin, and pretty most of the women at Adelita's were. When I was there several years ago, nearly all were overweight and unattractive.
I scoped out the ladies present and spoke with the prettiest one. She was immediately friendly and seemed eager to touch me despite me being decades older than she is. She asked me to buy her a drink. I asked the price, $8, and said yes. I also ordered a drink for me and handed the bar tender a $20 (US) bill and got several dollars change (that I didn't count). She asked me if I'm married, and when I said no if I have a "novia" (girlfriend). I said more or less. After a few minutes she asked me if I'd like 30 minutes with her for $60 (US) + $13 for the room. She said 1 hour would be $120. We didn't discuss what we'd do there, but that discussion probably wasn't necessary. Not being sure of the status of my latest love in the USA, I declined, but it's nice to know Adelita's is there.
Out curiosity, seeing a decent looking woman standing against a building seemingly doing nothing on the same street as Adelita's Bar, I walked over to her and asked "Estas trabajando?" (Are you working?) She said yes and told me her price is $25 (US) + $5 for the room for 25 minutes. I need more getting-to-know you time than a one or two minute negotiation with a streetwalker and don't feel safe going God-knows-where with a stranger with no supervision. So I have never done anything requiring taking clothes off with a streetwalker, but it is interesting to know you can get laid in Tijuana for $30 (US).

Met a very sweet, fun, good-looking girls in Adelita last time. I really liked her but at the time was spent with prior sessions. She gave me her tel.
I really wanted to do that girl and texted and Whatapps her a couple times. She never responded. Could not find her in Adelita again last 2 weekends.
WTF?

Talent was down Friday night. Only one 8. Rest were mostly on wrong side of 30. Sunday night had two 8's. First one quoted $100. I laughed and walked away. The other hottie was busy with clients.

I was in Adelita last Saturday about 9 PM. There were about 30 girls. To be fair, 5 or 6 looked attractive spinners. Even the stripper was less overweight this time. So perhaps Adelita is trying to purge its inventory of gorditas?
Las Chevelas and Tropical are 1 or 2 notches below Adelita. Most clients are Mexican rancheros who preferred dark-skinned chubbies.
