Fairly new to mongering. Planning my first trip to Sosua in April. I have a couple questions for the forum.

Is cash the only means for paying at places like Rumbas, Bailee's or the supermercado or is electronic payment accepted?

Does New Gargen allow early checkin? I have a 1 pm flight but there check-in is at 2:30 pm.

What is the daytime routine for chicas? Playa Sosua?

I'm reading Weekdays are really slow so what is there to do other the sex?

Has any tried exchanging currency with your bank and flying with the cash?

Also what is the taxi cost from POP airport to Sosua? I don't want to get ripped off like I did in Cartegena as soon as I touched down.

Take crisp 100 dollar bills. There are exchange places all over. Do not change at the airport. They give lousy exchange rates.

I would not use any credit cards with all the scam charges going on. Deal in cash only.

Hotels generally allow early check in if they have rooms available. Otherwise just go around the corner and hang out at a bar or restaurant.

Daytime you can go to beach and do beach activities. Go tours of mountains and Brugal distillery tour. Or just rest ready for nightlife.

I usually rent a car. I believe taxi costs approximately 30-40 dollars. Cheapest is walk to the main road which is not far hop on a moto or take passing share ride taxis. Taxi mafia at airport are brutal. In Cartagena I used Uber which was not expensive.

Never stated at New Garden but you should contact them via whatsapp. Normally is not a problem with advance notice.

There are a few walking around. Not many. Can get a massage, go to beach, take part in excursions. Not much but a few things to do there outside of the ladies and the town.

If I need to reeup on the cash. Would normally use the ATM at el banco. Pesos is recommended.

Most of the black guys I Know like the big but girls and the girls seem to know this. They get injections and twerk their ass to show them off. I tend to be flexible. Come to Sosua on Thursdays if you are a newby with no contacts. No need to deal with internet babes. You will find more attractive women then you can get to. My greatest frustration with Sosua was not being able to service all the girls I got numbers for.

You have to look a bit if you're pulling from the street if you want a skinny one but they are there- if you are not just puling from the street you can get lots of skinny girls. What was your spot? Cabarete, La Roca, Beach Restaurant?

There were fresh lobster and fish sellers on the highway going towards cabarete. I always rent a car and cruise around. There was a British guy with British flags outside restaurant on the way to the beach left side. He would cook those the way I wanted. I was generous with him payment wise. He did add sone shrimps and made wonderful dishes.

Getting lobster at the restaurants is a crapshoot. Sometimes they are not fresh. I like only fresh lobsters. There was a place in Puerto plata which had fresh lobsters. Not sure if the British or puerto plata restaurants are still there. Have not gone there after covid.

The Russian couple that runs the hotel due a good job but the place is a bit outdated.

My biggest complaint was the noisy air-conditioning system and the fact that its cash only. Credit cards are not accepted. The basic rooms go for $60 a night.

Since the chicas murder in back in 2018 the Alicia hotels business has never been the same.

I've heard that some girls refuse to go there. The murder occurred on the 3rd floor in room 306.

Damn that's crazy. I stayed in this room last month. The staff was nice. No drama, no issue with the ladies coming in. Its a budgeted spot, but provided great value.
