But the bar ownership and management in Sosua is a very complicated business, so the three main corner bars, D'Latin, Rumba and Bermuda are still closed!
I had a beer with the owner of most of the property that runs from Hotel Central and around the corner to the side street bars and pelequerias oppsite Rocky's.
I was curious about my long time favorite puta bar, Bermuda still nailed shut after all this time. He says the German guy sold the lease to an American a couple years ago. The American ran it for a few months then disappeared.
The rent was paid in advance to next January 15th, so if the guy dosn't show up with next year's rent, in January, the owner will be re-opening it!
The old staff are still working around that corner, so maybe the good old times will roll once again!

What is going on with CP's sweet Haitianas? If there are any Canadian members over 60, you better watch out!

Posts: 46I suspect that at 3 am a decent driver could probably do it in about 1. 5 hours. It's probably a ±2 hour ride any other time. As far as I know a cab ride to Sosua is going to be in the US $100 range.
To my knowledge the buses don't run at that hour.
Metro Tours bus schedule:

Caribe Tours runs Santiago-Sosua about every hour starting at 8:30 am according to their website:

I said it once and I’ll say it again. They are giving 3 for 1 butt shots in and the Sue. A lot of guys don’t mind the special-effects .

Posts: 34Getting in around 3 am in Saturday the 16th and leaving Sunday the 24th.
How long is the ride from the Santiago airport to Sosua?
Will I be able to find an Uber at 3 AM?
How much will the cab ride be? Will here even be a bus to take at 3 Am?

Posts: 3801Rumbas Closed I Like It.
I haven't been here for a year and on Saturday when I arrived I noticed Rumbas was closed. In the evening when all the Chicas came pouring into town they were all out on the streets.
This was really nice for a change as you could just hang out by the intersection by Premium Plaza and the chicas were basically lined up and strolling up and down the streets versus inside Rumbas with the music and dim lighting. One chica told me the owner hadn't paid their taxes and was closed down which sounded peculiar. The basic short time rate quotes I got from the better looking chicas was 1,500 Pesos to 2,000 Pesos with lots of Haitians wiling to go for 1,000 Pesos. I had a reservation at Alicia Beach hotel but walked out when they didn't have a room they said would be available. Lots of renovations and it was a little weird with Wilfred not being in charge so after checking out other hotels checked into New Garden but will move to Andres tomorrow. Too much noise and a frat house atmosphere. Sousa has changed so much over the years, at least the beach is the same. A fairly nice variety of Chicas for a Saturday night but lots of Chicas with big butts.

Going to Santo Domingo in late January. Renting a apartment off Airbnb in Honduras part don't know if that's a good area or not. I would like to know what's the scene like in SD? Where to go staying there for two days then up to Santiago.
