I always heard Peter is very serious. He does not tolerate girls who scam.

He doesn't tolerate girls who scam him. But often, how is he to know who is the scammer, the chica or the client?

I have heard he will give another girl or refund the cash.

Yes, he has done that many times. But either to a regular customer who has already given him good business, or he has some reason to take the customer's side rather than the girl's. Sosua is crawling with cheapass, lying, scamming mongers, and drunks who cannot remember what happened five minutes ago. If word got around that all you had to do was go back to Passions and demand a refund or replacement Peter would soon be out of business.

Passions gives a generally good service. Your chances are generally better than finding a chica on the street especially if you are deficient in mongering skills (Spanish, ability to negotiate, experience at picking up warning signals, etc) , and that's why you pay a premium. But there are no absolute guarantees.

Some hotels might charge you extra in order to try and get all that blood out of their sheets, towels and bed spreads. If she was on her period, than it should have been "Blow job night". Make her do something, so you get your moneys worth.

Peter doesn't play when it comes to HIS money! Peter could less than a fuck about YOUR money! If the girls are late or miss a day. He will fine the shit out of them for these types of infractions. But if a customer complains about the service provided by one of his girls, he will just blow you off.

She said no and I grabed her bag and opened the door and said I was throwing it off the third floor balcony she said no no I will go, I then called up security and they removed her from the room. Next day went to Passions nothing was done. So take it any way you like, they don't stand behind there girls in any instance I know of. That being said I had some great girls over the years out of there and these two instances are no big deal to me. One happened to me and one to my buddy. I am not a big fan of DR but was down with a few friends who like it there. I have no problem with Passions and would not hesitate to go back there. I am usually a good judge of who will be fun, I fucked up bad with that choice I made, but thats water under the bridge. Passions has some nice looking women, more money than what you will pay on the street, but normally worth it, unless you like winging it or are on a budget. I have always over the years stopped in at least once on every trip and taking a girl out for the night and have had nothing but luck, so I don't give a fuck about this one instance, but felt compelled to let you guys know, your not getting your money back that I know of.

I wouldn't place too much reliance on that happening. Peter is in business and will follow the money. He has no way of knowing what transpired in the monger's hotel or apartment and has to take one person's word against another. If it is a regular customer he might well refund the monger whether or not he believes him. If it is the word of some guy he doesn't know from Adam against the word of an employee with whom he has had no previous problems, and has proved a reliable contributor to the business, he will probably ask the monger to get the fuck off the premises even if, unknown to Peter, the poor guy told the truth. Diplomatically first time, less diplomatically if necessary. Same applies to complaints of being short-changed or over-charged. This is not a criticism. I don't see what other options he has if he doesn't want to be a sitting duck for scammers. I dare say after being so long in the business he has also developed an intuition which might lead him to modify the above rules of thumb.

Tuesday:

I always hate the last day when I travel to Sosua; too many goodbyes and so forth. So I'm sitting at the beach with my new beach girl (NBG) and she is in quite a playful mood. She said that she was ready for action right now dammit! So I took her to Herman's kitchen where she sucked me for a few minutes; a first for me. Back in the chairs and right before we started making wedding plans, this off-the-hook Hatiana came by and I called her over for a beer; she was stunning. After a bit of time, my NBG went to use the bathroom and so I replaced the NBG with the Hatiana in the chair next to me. When NBG returned, her expression was priceless. The Hatiana and I made a date for around 6 and then she took off after we exchanged numbers. NBG was not extremely happy with my new dating plans because she thought she would be my late afternoon romp; such as life in Sosua.

Final thought:

This was my 9th trip in 3 years and I watched this place with its ups and downs. No, I haven't been coming here for years on end, but I'm not stupid either. This place still is one of the best values in the world, and also, if you make connections, it is a great place to come on a regular basis. I love the women and they seem to love my pesos, so it all kind of works out!

Costa Rica is all Business Right Now. There is no GFE in Costa Rica, The Girls want $100 for 1 pop / 1hour. That what I love about DR you can bang a girl all day for $1500-$2000 pesos ($40). But as more guys find out about Sosua, The Attitudes of the Girls will change as they start to know there value.

The difference is that Costa Rica doesn't really have a culture that has p4p everywhere, where there are 50 chicas doing it for cash with Dominicans that have never been with an extranjero for every one that's in a tourist town like Sosua. Costa Rica was mostly about a few hotels and destinations for foreign mongers with a lot of Columbian and Dominican chicas. In the DR the whole country is monger friendly if you are willing to try to speak spanish and go a little out of your comfort zone.

I have used this board as to help me set rules to how I deal with the chicas.

I may be back to Sosua another day and it will probably be for mongering only. And I'm sure some mistakes will be made. "Take your time and set your standards" Thats a good way to go. Don't forget about those couple gogo type bars at the upper end of town. Much nicer ones in there, but nor free lancers of course so its all the usual bar stuff. When I was there recently it was pretty slim pickins down in the Eppi centre area. Pretty hard core and high mileage ones for the most part. Except for this really hot one. Man, he was into it. Was practically beggin for some of that good hard cock. Haha
