Ahnvess was the only place that made Sosua still relevant. Who knows what will be next but something will fill the void but when is the guestion. If I was in Sosua now I would be pissed. Maybe Rumbas can increase there hours and options. This is a sad day for the lovers of Sosua. Superbowl activities could be in jeparrty.

I heard that people were turned away from entering. Looks like a Tax seizure to me.

Still guessing but It may very well be a tax seizure. Just received a video of activety occurring at AHNVEE. The bar is open but they have haphazardly put together mismatched furniture for people to use assuming the video was authentic and from today. Stay tuned.

Ahnvee is history. About 15 trucks pulled up and stripped it down. First they took the outdoor furniture then the rooms. Tvs, refrigerators and A / see units are being hauled out. I'm hearing the bank has seized the property for non payment.

I received the email that 15 trucks came to clean the place out this morning.

I have stayed at Ahnvee hotel last year. It is a group of buildings with apartments. The owner / manager told me many of the units are owned by people and live there. Only the section building on the right side is rented as rooms. They have an office, bar cum restaurant, pool in common area. They also have upstairs bar in another building. I do not know what items 15 trucks will take apart from rundown old furniture. The restaurant is run on a lease by somebody else. Only the bars are run by the management. There is nothing apart from buildings. If the owner owes money and cannot repay it will be the buildings cordoned off to be sold.

I did not stay in hotels but rented apartments. However, most of the hotels are girl friendly even big names like Hilton, Hyatt. Just be friendly to male front desk personnel and you'd be ok, so I've been told.

I know the island well. Worked there for many years. Living there you get to sample the casas where I got the local girls I was referring to. Similar to those in his post and I guarantee you 10+ times better service. These girls are horny. I avoided the bars which is where the tourists go; in these bars you get the Latinas who are substandard compared to those in their native countries.

This is my second trip to the Su. First one was 2 years ago. Due to Covid travel restrictions in other countries, this was a no brainer. I had a great time last time, and even better this year. The weather was perfect all week (10-30 to 11-8), but that's besides the point. I stayed at Casa Valeria again this year, and highly recommend it. This year, girls were posted up at Casa Valeria, and that was new to me. But it was pretty convenient, and I pulled a lot of girls from the bar there. Especially in the morning right after breakfast. Just finish breakfast and head right upstairs for a quickie to start the day! The girls at CV all wanted 3,000 for ST and I was ok with that. I pulled a few girls around Chez Montreal and from Pedro Clisante for 2,000 and would usually tip 500. I finally made it up to Ahnvee my last night there, Sat 11/7, and found a real gem for 3,000 again. I played golf 3 times at Playa Dorada and had a great time. Took a day trip to Santiago one day and a trip to Playa Grande one day. It was nice to see more of the country on the drives. I spent several days at Sosua Beach. Really love that beach! Not going to make this a long winded trip report going over the details of every night. That pretty much covers the basics. I didn't remember to take pics of every chica, but here are a few. First 3 are girls who would hang out at CV. Last one is my gem from Ahnvee. Peace.

Thanks. Glad that you had an even better time. Casa Valeria is a no brainer; To me, it is the best location and also in quality of the rooms and services. I am surprised though that one can find women there. At least I did not see any during my trip in Sept but then I was not exactly looking.
