Heed Cooley High's advice and stay away from Sosua for now. I presume you know yourself better than all the strangers here. Why no sexual experience at your age? Are you shy and introvert? Then, I'd say start with P4 P in a controlled environment, which Sosua is not! You may want to try the Blackbird Resort in Puerto Plata and see if you like it.
