Beach Action:

It was mostly about beach action with me this trip. The girls were all over, especially on Sunday. One of my SD girls found out I was in route, so she showed up at the beach every day. I spent some quality time with her over the visit. We even had sex while watching a Disney cartoon movie; it was fucking hot! I met a couple of other girls on the beach that I really liked, and we hooked up for Happy Hour at least three times. Brother P and I are chilling at Herman's place and this dude walks by with monkey on his shoulder. Well, using my best Spanish, I asked," Queremos una foto con su mono." Well the dude looked at me and asked,"You want a picture with my monkey?" in perfect English. So Brother P decides he wants a picture, but I know better; monkeys have pissed me off in the past. So, this monkey is on Brother P's shoulder, and for whatever reason, the monkey goes into a rage! It bites Brother P and is screaming like the exorcist! The dude pulls the monkey away, and the little bastard is still screaming! I guess Brother P did not offer enough money for short time? I never got the picture because I was too busy pissing my pants while laughing; sorry Brother P.

I hit a wall:

Damn, for the first time in years, I hit a wall on the sixth night and could not have another adult beverage! I called in Little Dancer from Puerto Plata and we went to her favorite restaurant, Morua Mai. I ordered a bottle of tasty fucking water. As I was drinking my water, Little D looked at me and asked,"What in the fuck is wrong with you?" I did not have an answer so we continued our meal, OH, the shame!

Final thought:

This was my 10th trip in a little over 3 years and I watched this place with its ups and downs. No, I haven't been coming here for years on end, but I'm not stupid either. This place still is one of the best values in the world, and also, if you make connections, it is a great place to come back to on a regular basis. I love the women and they seem to love my pesos, so it all kind of works out!

If you come to Washington Heights, NYC, certain parts of Boston or Miami. You can meet an abundance of Dominican women that are already here. There are new arrivals to the USA all the time.

A friend of mine recently met a girl he likes in Santiago, and some of her family members already go to Miami on business, so she is in the process of getting a visa to go to Miami and visit him.

Probably not a good idea to try to bring a Sosua puta to the USA though, if that is your intention, although there have been guys that have done it. I remember some dude years ago that brought Monica from Pasions to the USA and had a kid with her. Another Sosua puta named Ada was brought to Texas. Then you hear all the horror stories about guys marrying Sosua putas and getting divorced shortly after. There is a Sosua puta that married a cop from NJ, but things went south and now she is a stripper in NJ.

The New Jersey cop never married that girl. He brought her and her kids to the states and he wouldn't give her any money so she fucked a gang of dudes from the gym and he found out. Never picked that option but I would suggest chatting with the chicas for 5-15 mins to get a good rapport going before you make any decisions. Me personally for 3500 I'd rather take her out all night but of course it's best to make sure she's into you or at least co-operative.

In May children are still in school so that rules out family vacations, and after tax day in the US many American and Canadian retirees who spend the winter in the US return to the continent for the summer.

2. In Sosua you can eat fairly well at restaurants as follows:

Breakfast: 200 pesos including juice and coffee.

Lunch: 500 pesos, but you can get an excellent lunch at Cafe tropical for 220 pesos including a a drink of water or juice.

Dinner: 1000 pesos.

So that gives us 1700 pesos per day, which is about $42. 50.

However you can eat for less than this and you could make the numbers 150, 250, 500 for a total of 900 ($22. 50) pesos, still eating in restaurants. Your hotel may have breakfast included. If you buy food from the supermarket to replace some of these meals, then the outlay for food may be reduced further.

I have not included drinks, since they vary depending on what you order. A gallon bottle of drinking water in the supermarket is a couple of dollars, but in a bar / restaurant you may pay the same for a small bottle. Similarly fruit juices, sodas, and beers as you would expect, are much cheaper in the supermarket.

Good post, Frannie. Dominican food is bland and boring. If you want good meals you will pay a lot. But if gourmet eating is not a main factor in your holiday you can eat very healthily for less than 1000 a day as Frannie says.

Because of the hot weather in May most guys only need to eat two meals a day. A good plan is a big, late breakfast around 11. 00am (350 pesos) and a main meal around 7. 00pm (550 pesos) , leaving you time to prepare yourself for the night-life which only really gets going around 10. 00pm. I have not included drinks because everyone is different there.

If you do self-service in a room with a fridge, you will pay much less. Maybe get by on 600 pesos a day.

First, my understanding is that mid-May is early in the "low" season, does that mean there will be less chicas around?
