I nor any person I have been with had an issue with a bill in CMP. Been several times showing friends around. NEVER believe others issues anywhere unless you see it. Been in too many fights, shouting matches and embarrassed to find the person I defended was either a liar or totally wrong.

Depends what you mean by "boycott" but there was nothing organized. Just a lot of mongers who reside on the North Coast or visit frequently exchanged information about various bad experiences at CMP (by no means just Rick's, although that was the last straw) and individually decided they would be better off not going there. No reflection on those who continued to go there. You pay your money and take your chances there, as everywhere else.

Most of that boycott stuff was from me but it is a personal boycott and I never asked anyone to join me. They must be aware of the undesirable pieces of shit that own some establishments. As far as Rick goes; I don't know of another expat who would go to great lengths to get a stranger out of jail like he did and it was the sole reason I eat my breakfasts there and the fact they are pretty damn good and Sidney is there to tell me some good stories.

CMP has always been a hustle joint and most guys I know don't even look in the place. The first time I went there was two weeks after it opened. Daisy who most old school veterans know greeted me at the door. Daisy was " queen bee" in Sosua at the time. We never had sex but we developed a close connection. Daisy would tell me what chicas were good and bad, and even check chicas that bad mouthed Gogo. I used to feel sorry for chicas after Daisy scared the shit out of them.

Well anyway, after Daisy greeted me I sat down for a cervesa. Five chicas surrounded me and started in. I said "no" and they all turned their noses up and left with an attitude. As I drank my beer alone five chicas stood around me grinding and begging. The scene was to much for me and I was thrilled to just escape.

Tomjack8n is the only guy I know to have success there but he makes the best out of every situation good or bad. Most Sosua veterans have stayed far away from the place for years.
