You can write Hans at donhansi at rentavillas dotcom and discuss your needs or ask him for the phone number and talk to him. He speaks fluent English, Spanish, and German.

I am going to Sosua for the first time in early-mid January (second trip to DR, was at BB's in November).
Looking for a reasonably priced room/apartment with a good WiFi or in-room internet connection AND close to the action. Any help? Post here or PM me if you prefer.
I have scanned many of the threads but haven't seen what I am looking for (or missed the post). I would be staying 1 week to 10 days (depending on how long I want to stay in POP). I am a veteran of more than a decade of travel to Cuba and have spent a few months in Pattaya. My Spanish is above average.

Posts: 245Ok I who is the monger that has been getting pumped by Kenia.
Very skinny girl with short blond hair.
Last time I saw her in a bar some buddies and I were taking pictures.
She ran off so she would not get caught in the background.
I asked her why and she said her gringo boyfriend sends her 1000 usd.
And she would not jepordize him seeing the pic and getting pissed off.
Mind you I had her for 20 bucks tln TWICE last year.

Does anyone here know how much per month it really costs for a chica to live in the DR?
You can rent a decent apartment in a non gringo area for $200 per month including utilities, so I guess you can get a liveable place for half that. Then you need clothes, cosmetics, food, medicines, dentistry, transportation, cell phone cards etc. Retail items typically cost more than in the US, though rent and utilities probably less. And that is not even counting beers.
Just taking a return journey in a public taxi five days a week would cost 1200 pesos per month versus 2000 pesos monthly basic wage for a waitress withoug tips.
Maybe you could get by on $600 per month, though that is assuming that you do not have other family members dependent on you, which is rarely the case. $600 per month would be 18,000 pesos. At 1000 pesos per client you would need 18 clients a month to break even.
I have no idea how many clients per month the AVERAGE chica gets. Maybe somebody has a better take than me on the numbers.
So it is not surprising that many Dominican girls are looking for a novio who will provide a way out of the DR for them. Since DR is the nation that provides the 4th largest number of immigrants to the US, and they also go to many other countries, clearly quite a large number are doing this successfully via the novio route.
If you sponsor a girl and send her money every month, will she cheat you? Probably she will. Having a source of funds may go to her head and she will flash her money around and be overgenerous to all her hangers on and get in over her head. She may resort to borrowing from street moneylenders and loan sharks who are everywhere, then have to invent imaginary illnesses for her novio to pay for so that she can get out of debt.
On the other hand, just to see the girls as rides in an amusement park hardly tells the whole story. Many of these girls have sad personal histories and have had very limited opportunities, but they do sincerely want to better themselves, although they don't necessarily know how and often get pulled back down by the people around them. The man who takes this point of view may himself be putting up psychological defences to avoid being hurt.
I think that if you feel you have special chemistry with a girl, there is no harm giving it a try, though you should be aware that every cent you send her may be money down the drain. The success or failure of a relationship can only be determined over a period of time and many interactions between two individuals.
You need to be able to visit frequently and you will encounter many problems in the relationship, but it could be rewarding. In any case, even if it fails, you will feel that at least you made an effort to improve someone's life.
A last note. If a relationship is to work, there has to be something more than sex. Sexual passion typically lasts six months, maybe longer if you are apart most of the time, so it is dangerous to make a major commitment early in the relationship.

This is without any doubt the best post I have seen in a very long time!
Once a working girl always a working girl...until bad looks and age force them to stop.

Looking for short time room rental in Sousa (probally 2-3 hrs). Coming from the Playa Dorada complex. Is there place where I do not need to use ID, just pay for room and go with girl. If so I need the names of these places and the prices.
