Well since you didn't fly into POP airport your either going to have to take the bus or get a taxi for about 100 dollars. You can tip if you want 100 pesos a day is fine. Well I noticed that this only takes place in the area at nighttime next to the German bar that has the rent a room option that I got scammed in.
