The issue with sosua is many people haven't moved on from the old sosua.

Definitely this. Remembering how Sosua was when I first started going there and how Sosua is now, I would rather stay home and jack off. Can't at all compare what is going on at Bailees to Colombia. You can not even compare Sosua to Punta Cana to Boca Chica to Santo Domingo. First of all you need to rent a car which gives you freedom to go from probably all inclusive resort where you are staying. After that you can drive to Sosua for daytime action. You will not find daytime action anywhere else. There are many ST hotels around.

There are streetwalkers, girls walking aimlessly on the beach. Talk to them and negotiate for an hour of fun. They know all locations of ST hotels. Leave all the valuables in your room and only carry enough local currency for that day. Not sure if ST hotels have safe deposit box.

Even if you carry a phone lock it up in your car.

For daytime early afternoon action I recommend bailees it's a restaurant that has freelancers sitting around. You can take them to dulce secreto which is a short time hotel or bar central and use the rooms there the girls will know where to go.
