Can't at all compare what is going on at Bailees to Colombia. You can not even compare Sosua to Punta Cana to Boca Chica to Santo Domingo. Colombia is a big country with tons of mongering options and only 3 bars that cater to foreigners. 2 in Cartagena (Space and Dulce) and 1 in Medellin (Gustos). Of course you are going to get fucked in not a good way in those. There is absolutely no reason to step into one of those foreigner rip off places in Colombia unless you prefer being ripped off alongside other foreigners. You can go to the tons of other places where locals go and pay local prices or you can get online and order up chicks. There is no good reason to go to the 3 places that gringos hang and get fleeced when there are 10,000 other options.

I am comparing Bailes to a single location like Gustos, dolce vita or delirum. When I travel for pussy I don't travel for a cultural experience. Yes I will go to where I find the easy catch. I don't have time to sit around with working girls to debate about life or whatever. I experience the locals or the culture when I travel with whoever I am seeing in the US. If I have an 1 hour break before meetings I can just go to Bailes and find someone I like easily, fuck, and be done before my next meeting.

Definitely this. Remembering how Sosua was when I first started going there and how Sosua is now, I would rather stay home and jack off. If you don't mind going on a 60 hours round trip (2. 5 days) plus hours flight then go to thailand. Note your flight to thailand could cost you 700 usd more minimum. Meaning you will spemd $70 more a day on 10 days trip.
