I tend to go toward the sweet innocent type. I enjoy a nice buzz and would like be with someone who does as well. Most of the girls in the DR are hard core or not. Not much in the middle. I am not an expert on coke usage. I have never used and do not know anyone who does.

I almost did not go to the DR because they were so much negative talk about smoking but the deeper I read these post I found people like me and decided to give it a try.

I deal with non pros and pros. Only a very few would take a drag. I had young one take a hit but you could tell she had no clue. All the others acted like it was herion.

OK, this what you wrote before:

I cannot answer the question as to why so many men send money to chicas in the DR. There are men of all ages and from many different countries and at many different economic levels, and you see couples all over the place, at the supermarket, in restaurants and bars, at apartment complexes, and schools, if there are children, and so on. Some of the time the men are elsewhere, especially if they are running businesses or not yet retired, so they send money.

You say: "These guys are who I call Grand Master Super Captain Save-a-whoe"but you don't really know anything about each individual couple, how they met, what the basis for their relationship is, and so on.

Here's a little story that may open your eyes. About ten years ago I knew a guy in Puerto Plata who had a girlfriend whom he eventually married and took to England. They had at least one child, but I don't know how it all ended, as I lost touch with them. In the early days of their relationship, the woman found out that the guy had had sex with another chica. However her concern was whether he had paid or gotten a freebie, because in her mind payment for sex was just one of the unfortunate, but necessary facts of life, but a chica having sex with a man for free was an entirely different and much more serious issue-that would be cheating.

That's why it is best not to get involved between two other people-because you really can't know all the ins and outs of their relationship or what they expect from each other..

Wow OLDK I thought you would have ran into a few with your encounters. Out all the chicas I have dealt with. 40% of them hit the want to hit the jay. It's usually the younger ones.

I'm with Old Kool on that one. I don't think I have ever met a Dominicana that smokes anything. (Unless you count Patricia; I have never seen her smoke but she told me she smokes weed.)

If she smokes a cigarette she is more likely to hit the jay.

Sounds like something I was taught in the navy. But that saying was that if a chick smokes cigarettes, then she definitely sucks dick. In the 25 years since, I have yet to see that one disproven.

Actually all the recent posts are about some aspect of life in Sosua or the DR and the thread is not really dedicated to short term tourist trip reports, or else there would be very little to read or discuss. Of course it is always interesting when someone new shows up on the scene to give a fresh perspective-if one can find their trip reports.

You announced that you were making a trip to the DR in June. It is now almost November and I can't seem to find your trip report either. Could you please provide a link.

I hung out with a Dominican street hustler in Sosua who tried to sell me weed. He pointed out and introduced me to all the chicas he sold to. They seem all Dominican. There were a good bit. I didn't buy that shit but I learned some shit. If she smokes a cigarette she is more likely to hit the jay.

Not many, but they should. People have gotten in trouble over videos, for example a guy who posted a video on Youtube was detained in the DR, and some guys who were shooting porn videos where hijacked by gangsters on the way to the airport. If a chica is a criminal, she may have criminal associates who could bother you, perhaps on a future visit. Why go to the bother of obtaining and posting pictures? This is not effective use of your time. By all means write about your experiences, but it is probably best not to post photos or real names.

That is one of the main reasons why I like the DR. When I was a small child my mother grew vegetables like peas, beans, tomatoes, and potatoes at home and we had chickens and geese running around. Reminds me of the 1950's only with modern medications, Internet, and cable TV (if you want it.)

In the DR you never go short of fresh pineapples, guavas, papaya, passion fruit, bananas, avocadoes, and mangoes-and they are cheap. Oranges and imported apples are also readily available if you get a yearning for apple pie. To go with it there are plenty of flavors of ice cream not available elsewhere.

Next month I will be making a trip to Florida and am actually dreading having to try to find something decent to eat in the kind of restaurants you find close to the highway. There will be no DR breakfasts of bacon, free range eggs, homefries, fruit salads of papaya, pineapple, banana, watermelon, orange, aromatic coffee, juice, ice water, croissants, toast, and jam for $5, that is for sure!

Dominican coffee is excellent, strong, fragrant, and full of flavour, but for some reason it seems most people in the US like their coffee both bitter and weak, a combination I truly hate, so it is really difficult to find a decent cup of coffee on the road in hotels, restaurants and gas stations, and I once got reprimanded by a cop for using a camping gas stove to prepare a decent pot of Eight O'Clock coffee in a picnic area at a highway rest station!

I am the second to last person that should be talking about what is an effective use of a persons time of subjects to talk about on a SEX guide.

Most girls I have dealt with would not smoke anything. Weed is viewed by them as a hard drug or more like cocaine. Most of my Haitian girls enjoyed weed but their culture is very different. I was surprised by this but it has been confirmed over long period of time. When you find a DR girl who smokes look out. Real good chance she is very hard core.
