To be more clear, the last time I stayed at El Neptuno I paid about 100 dollars per night, which I split with a friend, 50 US for each guy per night. I rented in slow season there one time and paid about 75 dollars per night, which I split with a wingman. There are a few apartments for rent there. The guy I rented from lives in Pennsylvania. El Neptuno has a person on site who handles the paperwork.

I stayed at El Neptuno twice, nice building, nice apartments, chica friendly, I made some noise late at night, one time, loud music and the watchieman came up and asked me to the lower the music. No problem, no complaints from neighbors.

I stayed at the Palms condos twice, not recommended, one time I had some chicas in the condo at Palms, we were chatting, music was not loud. The next day I found a note on the kitchen table, basically saying that unless I kept very quiet at night, I would have to vacate the apartment. Last time I stayed at the Plams I was told I could not bring guests to the pool. Unless I was desperate, I would never rent at the Palms again.

I had no problems at the El Neptuno, brought chicas to the pool, saw other mongers renting there. But it is a quiet complex, with people who live there, who are not partying, some older people. It is not a church, but you just cannot blast the music late at night. Nice rooms, nice bathrooms, walking distance to all. A little pricey, but if you split the cost with another guy could be around 50 US Dollars per night. The rates change depending on the season. Ramona is the administrator there, nice dominican lady. You pay for the electric you use at El Neptuno (cheap, less than 10 dollars per day, unless you blast all three air conditioners 24/7). I previously posted some photos I took at El Neptuno, any questions let me know. I can tell you who I rented from, American guy, very nice.

Going past playa chiquita casino, if you take the road to the end, there is more coastline with some really nice villas on the water, some for rental, private security and other amenities.

I recently exchanged emails with Wilfried. The gmail address appears to be the current address. What I noticed is that I would write/respond to the gmail address and Wilfried's responses would come from the codetel address so they are "linked" in some fashion. I suggest sticking with the gmail address but guess you could use the codetel.

    Santo Domingo your first time?

Well just got back from Santo Domingo for six days I hit all the house and the streets lately I can say the sky house has the hottest girls for 2500 pesos.

When you bargin they ask 3000 but they are 7 and 8 rating girls and very friendly

Girls house got them down to 2000 pesos do not lets anyone take you to these houses they get a 200 to 500 peso commision so they jack the price to you, girls here are hardcore rush and out session.

Casa Theresa: What a joke extremely rush and get out for three thousanf peso but there were a few 10's that we took but was the worst session ever.

Extremely mean and rush and I'm in my late 20's.

Street action behind the casinos Jaraugua Casino for a 1000 pesos to 700 pesos I had alot of them.

Hotel: I reccommed Casa Dorada a block away from action and very nice no chica fees or dead center of it all if you don't mind trash hangin out in front of your hotel go to mystik right between girls house and sky house and all the street girls plus you have another four to five houses around u.

Don't be scared even at night I ran that shxthole the guys on the streets just want a cut tell them to go away I know where I am.

From Breezes to Sosua before 8 PM i would take the public taxi "guagua" that will cost you less than 40 pesos.
After 8 pm taxi will cost you 10 to 15$ us . Same thing from Sosua to Breezes.

Sometimes it's better to pay a litte xtra and save some haslte !

If I remember correctly Breezes is located between Sosua and Cabarete but closer to Cabarete so I would think about 10 minutes to Sosua.
While motoconchos are plentiful in Sosua, I don't think they are on the main highway that runs between Sosua and Cabarete. If you befriend a motoconcho guy in Sosua I'm sure he would be for hire for a round trip deal. These guys are up nearly all night anyways buzzing up and down the streets of Sosua. As far as cost you would have to negotiate something with him, maybe someone else can come up with a figure as I have not used the motoconchos much while in Sosua.
Another option would be a taxi from Sosua come and pick you up and drop you off. This would be more costly, taxi from Sosua to the airport is $20 U.S. one way. Again, I'm sure you could negotiate something with them. I have phone numbers of a couple reliable taxis, both guys speak pretty good English. If you need them just send me a PM.
Public transportation is the cheapest by far, I know you can get from Sosua to POP for 1 dollar or for 6 dollars you can rent the whole car but not sure if they run from Cabarete to Sosua and back. Maybe someone else would know.
I think your options are limited because of the time you want to travel.

If I remember correctly I can remember seeing a Breezes between between Sosua and Cabarete. The hotel that I believe is Breezes is about ten minutes from Sosua. Long ride on a motoconcho. Public transportation late at night? Maybe the guaguas or publicos in the daytime, vans packed with people or taxis with more than one passenger. I can remember the taxi fare from Sosua to Cabarete being about 20 dollars, but I haven't checked the prices in a while. I would guess that you could probably get a private taxi, one way fare would be around 10-15 dollars. A motoconcho maybe for 5 dollars, most things in Dom Rep are negotiable, so you might be able to ask around in Sosua for a return trip to Breezes at a decent price. From Breezes, I don't know if they have taxi's just waiting there. From Breezes you might have to walk to the main road and wait for a passing motoconcho or hail a taxi or a publico (or have the hotel call a taxi for you). Late at night the options decrease. There is a taxi stand near the new casino in Sosua or you can negotiate with a motoconcho driver for the trip back to Breezes.
