Sosua Reports

Just got back from Sosua and like to say the reports were great in aiding me. Let just say the first night I did not even make it inside Classico's, being a veteran monger; you would think I would know better. This place was better than expected and seen alot of guys that were on my plane hanging out. First night I did a spinner around 5"10 and I can not for the life of me remember names this trip set back 1500 pesos (45US).

Beginning of Day 2 I decided to do 2 chicks at a 1000 peso(33US) apiece that say they are sisters. They could not take dick very well.
Early in the afternoon went to La Passions and they suggested I come back there were only Four girls there and really none to my liking. They informed me that the majority of girls come around 4 p.m.

Returned to La Passions later and it had several doable girls but I did not take anyone. Left and went to Merengue bar and then Classico's. Classico's very nice set up and women. Dance with several and then choose one to take back and do which set me back 1200 pesos (35US).

Day 3: Hit the beach and eat. Take a ride out to Blackbeards on Peurta Plata and really did not like the lack of party atmosphere for it being a saturday at 8 p.m. Left and went to Cristal's but found the girls to be too pricey at roughly 150.00 american dollars when I am paying roughly only 33 and 45 US dollars. Head back to Sosua immediately. Went to Latino's for drinks and then to Classico's. Left for a quick short term at 1000 pesos (33US) and came back out to view Club X. Really did not vibe this spot to many local guys.

Day 4: Did four chicks two at 1000 pesos, two 1500 pesos both stayed all night.

Day 5: Too spent to do the two that was with me until leaving for my plane. Overall I like the place and will return soon due to price and time.

Thanks for all the info concerning Metro and Caribe At the Texaco station is where you board both buses correct?

And since I read people line up to board and there is a limited amount of seats. Say I want the 8:00 am bus to Santo Domingo, what get there at 7:30, buy my ticket and wait in line for that bus?

Also I have a friend that is coming in from Santiago de los caballeros by bus.

My apartment is about 4 blocks from the Texaco station

One poster says the caribe stops in Charmiacos with a taxi to Sousa.

I was thinking she could take whatever bus stops at the Texaco and meet her there. Any other info would be great

You board the metro bus at the Texaco gas station in sosua also called (la bomba), and you board the caribe tour bus in Los Charamicos, but you can easily get there by moto. The metro and caribe tours buses are big they have like 50 seats or something like that. I would show up 15 minutes prior to the depature of the bus.
If your friend from santiago wants to meet you at the gas station in Sosua she can either take the metro bus directly to Sosua or she can use the caribe tours bus to charamicos and then take a moto to the Texaco gas station in the center of Sosua.

and Yira's are a dime a dozen. Besides, I can't remember my friends telling me that she was that good. But I bet she is wild, most girls that like two guys at once are!

Do you really think I would give a girls real name and where she works so you could go back and tell her? Due to past problems with pictures and names I know better. When your friends where fucking this girl named yira were you back at the hotel jacking off solo?

Metro Stops a leaves from the Texaco Sation and Caribe Tours from Cheramicos on the main road, there is also the office to get your ticket. From and to cheramicos you can take a motoconcho or a Taxi. If you be there about a half hour before there will be no problem getting a ticket and you seat. As they only selling as much seats as they have for the hole trip. I never had any problem getting a seat. Caribe leaves from Sosua mostly at 20 past a hour.

Can't get Yira off my mind (previous report) so spending x-mas in Cabarette. Does any one know if Sosua/Cabarette shuts down for the holiday or is it biz as usual? . Family is pissed that I would trade cold ass NewYork for warm ass Sosua (duh).

I haven't been to Sosua since March 2008. Is La Passion still open? Has anything changed there?

Not much changed in last 9 months except the girls are constantly changing.

Both Meto and Caribe work, Caribe stops in Charamaicos and you need a 200 peso taxi to Sosua. Caribe runs every hour during the day. Metro only a few times per day.

I'll be in Sousa in April 09 and plan to make day trips to Puerto Plata and a extended 3 to 4 days to Santo Domingo

Researched the bus transport and either Caribe tours or MetroSt is what I'll go with, with Metro being my first choice to due less stops

My questions:

1) Passport requirements traveling by bus to SD. Carry my oringinal or will copies be sufficent?

2) When in Sousa are you required to carry your Passport while out?
>>> Only carry sufficient money for the night, leave everything else in your safe.

3) If anyone has taken a bus to SD where is the last stop the bus makes?
>>> Both Metro and Caribe stop at their terminals. Makes sense I guess!!

I know the pick up point in Sousa is the Texaco station for the Metro.

Is this also the drop off point for trips coming to Sousa?

I have friends that have traveled through Miami International Airport (MIA), they hate it. Really long walks between terminals, with security every five minutes asking for passport and boarding pass.

Yes, and to add insult to injury the effing computer system went down for about 40 minutes. I can understand all of the buffers to keep people who aren't supposed to be here out, but at least make it pleasant for those of us who do belong here.

I literally had to go through the first check point, go down stairs, grab my luggage, go through another check point and explain to the agent why I was in DR (vacation), told to follow the "yellow dots", give my bag to a guy so that they can put the damn thing back on the airplane again, empty out all of my carry-on shit, plus my pockets, belt, etc., through the metal detector, and then once more through a line that makes you show your boarding pass.

And to top it all off, the friggin pizza place was all out of pepperoni...for the rest of the night!

And then my flight gets delayed 45 minutes...looking forward to doing it all again in March. Yay

No silly, she could not find her cousin who was holding her I.D. We circled the club twice looking for them, but I just assumed they left without her after I pluck her from their group. She had asked about 3 different groups of girls, but they all said they hadn't seen her cousin. She then went downstairs to go look.

They finally showed up, but I had already took another girl. They (plus red pants) were all looking at me, but I pretended to not have noticed her (but I could sense her stare burning a hole in the side of my forehead). As we were leaving she was downstairs waiting for me, but what was I going to do at that point? The girl I had switched out for her had all ready given me the middle finger because I ditched her for red pants initially. I got the chance to smooth things out with her, so I would've looked like a total jerk ditching her again now that red pants had gotten her ID.

I bet she'll learn to keep the damn thing in her next time...

. I had this little blanca spinner on Saturday (if you saw her with me, she had the red pants on, long hair, and halter top), but babe didn't have her I.D. on her, could not find her amiga who was holding it for her, so I could not take her back with us to BB's.

I ended up having to leave her there and rotate her out for another chica. My heart is still broken since..

From New York, I usually try to connect through San Juan, if I can't get a direct flight. San Juan is a pleasant little airport. The last time I was in Santo Domingo Airport my flight was delayed over 5 hours because of a storm in New York. The restaurant inside near the terminals ran out of most items on the menu. Santo Domingo Airport had free wifi inside and a room for smokers.

Anyone been to or know of this place? Frankie down by the beach was trying to convince me to go, says its a local *****house halfway between sosua and puerto plata.

I was there this past October. If you leave PP heading to Sosua you come to a small bridge crossing the river. I believe the area is called Cangrejo. Just as you pass the bridge there is an entrance on your left side and a place called Cafe Verde which sits back off of the road. I didn't see anything that suited my tastes, but some might like it.

I do recall a "green river" that you cross travelling between Sosua and POP on the main highway. Must be somewhere there? Anyone else recall this? Maybe its more for locals and gringos would not be welcome. Curious nevertheless. FITS

I have been to Rio Verde twice. It's nothing to write home about. We pulled a table and chairs away from the bar to get away from the deafening music. The girls that I saw were maybe a 5s, however my friends said they gave a good blow job. No one gave us any problems, but we went with a guy who visited on prior occassions.

I remember it being right before a green bridge on the highway (coming from the direction of Sosua heading to POP). You would miss it if you blinked.

I heard about the place in Cabarete. It was located right before the Esso? gas station in Cabarete. I have heard that it closed down, however I had a guy tell me that one is still open at the location. A chica friend of mine told me that many chicas can be found there. Can anyone confirm this or I guess I can check it out on my next visit.
