You should try out the Philippines they speak English are friendly and if your white even easier than I wrote about above if your not there still easy. Also if you have the money you should go to Jaco Costa Rica the chicks look better and there not scammers like Sosua even give Panama a look.

Heed Cooley High's advice and stay away from Sosua for now. I presume you know yourself better than all the strangers here. Why no sexual experience at your age? Are you shy and introvert? Then, I'd say start with P4 P in a controlled environment, which Sosua is not! You may want to try the Blackbird Resort in Puerto Plata and see if you like it. The girls come to you, the prices are set, and the avenues for scams of any kind are very limited. Stay there for a few days, and if you don't like it, Sosua is just 40 minutes away.

As an oversimplification; don't ever get married, but especially not in America. Ever. Dating in the USA is like drilling holes in the hull of a boat, and from what you are saying it would appear you have already realized that. Now, that being said, you can go on legit dates in other countries, but you have to be very careful about who you are interacting with, because it can be dangerous.
