Sosua is not for everyone but for many it is a paradise. I agree that quality was better back in the day. Politicians have made life tougher for the working girls so some girls are scared to post. Never the less the guanity is still very good. Two of my friends are on the ground now and giving me positive reviews. Things do not really get popping until after 9. So if you want to see the best that Sosua has to offer you have to go out at night. Like the song says the freaks come out at night. If you sit in your room you will miss out. Prices are up 15 % on all items. Its not a cheap destination anymore. The New Garden now charges $80 for base room (credit card).

Quality was poor with most girls rating 5, 6 and some sexy 7's – there are no more 8, 9's and 10's in Sosua.

I encountered foul smelling pussy a few times and that's a huge turn off for me regardless of how pretty the girl is.

I was down a few weeks ago for a few weeks. There were loads of girls which is surprising given the time of year. Also the streets were really busy but paradoxically the bars and restaurants were as dead as disco. There were several big police raids when I was there. I am guessing but here is my thought. Times are hard when there's no tourists so great flocks of hoes descend on Sosua to see what they can get. Times are also hard for the honest and hard working members of the Policia National, so they tap the only resources they have, one of which is rounding up hoes and stealing their money before they kick them out of town- probably rape a few. Extort bribes from friends and family of Haitian girls to keep them from being deported etc. You would think that they would realize they are eventually going to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs but this seems to be a hallmark of Dominican reasoning. Ah shit anyone's I guess. No buck like a fast buck.

Only difference Sosua is set up like a beach town. El centro is set up like a busy downtown. Most incidence in el centro is local versus local. Same as in Sosua. Clubs, bars, market. Centro is set up more bang for your money. But yes Sosua you can kick back and relax.

Comparing El Centro in Medellin to Sosua is a stretch! You have to constantly be on guard in El Centro. Local crackheads, junkies, and homeless are everywhere. You rarely see foreigners in El Centro and yes the women are super affordable but you can't really relax and enjoy yourself.

From evaluating the forum and tinder. It seems to me sosua is now very similar to el centro in Colombia. Lower tier girls but you can find some gems. If I understood your post correctly, we are in agreement. And the mentality of the vacation big money spender is alive and well even a half world away from Sosua. But even here in Pattaya, Thailand, I stay focused on the deal, not the girl. If you like Thai girls, Pattaya is like Sosua, except with solid infrastructure, wider selection of restaurants and better average service from the girls overall. I will still goto to Sosua. Because I have personal connections there and the banging bodies of latinas simply can not be matched on average by Thai girls.
