Sosua may not be for travelman but 1000's of guys can not wait to go there. It is small and very easy to maneuver. 100's of young ladies are waiting to service mongers. I have been going for over 10 years and have no regrets. Things have changed but having a couple of hundred girls to choose from is still mine blowing. I have no problem finding acceptable chicas and I am very particular. I use the pulbic cars for a 100 pesos to get to PP. You can go to beach and pick up some good action. Most girls know where you can go for short term accommodations. As far as Sosua quality being shit beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In generally Dominican women are attractive and when you have scores to choose from you can find winners. Sosua always has surprises when it comes to women. New girls are always showing up every week. It is true the higher class Santiago girls are less prevalent but wet pussy is still wet pussy.

I looked it's an hour away so it's doable time wise. There are short time hotel that you could use. However the quality in Sosua is shit and it's worse during the day the time you would likely be there. If you are going to Cuba and then Europe and Thailand next year then there is no reason to waste time on Sosua.

I'm taking a cruise in a few months to amber cove. I found out that it's about 100 roughly round trip to Sousa and back to the port. We are only in port for about 8 hours. I have been watching Sousa videos for years and this is the place that got me interested in our hobby in the USA and now trying for the first time internationally. Can somebody tell me if this is a good idea. Is there any short term hotel or room I can use so I can have some fun while I'm here. I'm really hoping I can pull this off bc I'm going to Cuba in a few weeks then next year Europe's and hopefully the big daddy Thailand. So sadly the dr is no longer high on my list. So this is my last hope. Thanks..

If girls are less driven to come to sosua and quite a few girls are already in Puerto plata. Would it be best to shelter in Puerto plata and duplicate enjoyment. Chime in and educate me on why this wouldn't work. I am sure theres some activities that go on there..

Sosua is a vacation place where you can walk everywhere and enjoy the beach. Everything is concentrated. There are chicks hanging out and walking around. Puerto Plata is more of a city. Not that there are many places to go, but you will need a ride to go wherever. There are no girls hanging out in Puerto Plata. People that go there get them from the internet while Sosua guys pick them from live in front of them. I do not think many monger would travel to the north coast to stay in Puerto Plata proper.

There are generally less girls from Santiago or Santo Domingo, even Puerto Plata; girls get harassed by police and show up in less numbers. I wonder how the recent issues at the border are going to slow down Haitians coming into the country. Below are the caribe tour times. You should have no issue getting a bus at the time you arrive. Every hotel in Sosua is chica friendly. Get an airbnb and let them know what time you are arriving. Sosua is very easy. You can get the bus and nap on the way to Sosua. Should arrive by mid night. It will be nice to have your travel behind you. Sosua is point and click almost every women you see is on the stroll. The taxi from the airport to caribe tour is about 45 minutes. Keep it simple Sosua is very easy to have a great time. You will be with like minded guys who will help you if you need it.

Lodging is so cheap, I am def. Trying to find a private driver to get up there. I will book 3 days, then decide where to next of if to stay more days in sosua. Excited to explore this island a little.

Appreciate the intell and support. I def. Like my flacca paisas, but feel the need to explore somewhere different for a week. The flight is booked!

Now working on place to stay in Sosua or maybe reserving Blackbeards. Probably do both during the week.

My only concern with Air BNB is finding a place that checks her ID / protecting myself from chicas by having on site security--I am Medellin conditioned and extra cautious.

Maybe its not a big concern in Sosua?

If I can find a reliable / verifiable driver I will just pay for a private ride up. Its an extra 100 or so dollars but gets me there at 8 instead of 1130-1200 and is more comfortable.

I land in Santo Domingo next Friday at 430 pm. I hope I can get to a bus that leaves Santo Domingo that evening and heads up to Puerto Plata or Sosua. It seems there is a 7 pm bus. I don't know how long the airport takes there.

Anyway, since I don't know if I can make it to the bus on time, I am hesitant to reserve a hotel in Sosua for Friday night. Can I just show up in Sosua at 11-12 pm and fid a hotel pretty easily and safely?

Is it best to stay in Santo Domingo and take the bus in the morning?

If so, where in Santo Domingo would be good to stay?

Any hotel recs. In Zona Colonial?

It would be nice if the bus just left from the airport or if a tax wasn't 150 bucks!

I've decided against flying to a different airport. Yeah can deal with a bus and all that. But not relaxing to me on a vacation. And the Ubers in the end will save maybe 100 $. But take up about 4 hours of a 3 night vacation. So into POP it is.

Yes, we pull $$ from ATMs and also bring USDs (clean, virgin $100's only). Please note the ATM fees will be extreme, so plan accordingly. There are several banking institutions that offer reimbursement for ATM fees. If you travel abroad on a regular basis, I strongly advise you to pursue such. I use Chas. Schwab and have it down to a science. I have traveled extensively and never, ever depart for a foreign destination without 3 methods to obtain local currency: 1) Order in advance and bring with, 2) Bring USDs and convert and 3) Use my Chas. Schwab to pull from any available Bank.

Almost everything of visual quality profiles are in the capital. You can virtually settle yourself in Santiago DLC to cover all the country. The problem is you don't want to travel to the capital to meet them, they don't want to travel to the North Coast at all or without a substantial offer on the table, and you don't want to explicitly communicate your offer in writing. Anyway, it can be fun to browse. Practically to source companionship from the capital while in SOS is a loosing proposition. So, I know what I see is not everything is there, but still prefer to get what I see.
