When I clicked on it, I thought it was going to be talking about how all the bars and clubs will soon have to move to an obscure location at the other end of PC.

Dominican actress and comedian Cheddy Garca denounced the high level of child prostitution that exists in the tourist area of Sosa, for which President Danilo Medina, of the Ministry of Tourism and of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), drew attention.
Garcia through her Instagram account, made a dramatic description of the reality she observed, ensuring that child prostitution in Sosua is spread through its streets, at noon, in the night and in the eyes of all, for which she blamed the President of the Republic for not acting with "courage" in this situation.
"They say the government is not guilty of everything that happens, but I say something to you, Mr. President: if you are guilty, you have the means and the power to control this foul legalized environment, a word from you and a determination with courage, pants or skirt, you can save this ship", she maintained.
The self-styled "Mom of Dominican Humor" said that Sosua is an incredibly beautiful and paradisaical place, full of beautiful beaches and overflowing beauty, but that is being plundered by the corrupters of misery and ignorance to the point that it is aberrant to observe 13-year-old girls kissing with men whom she defined as pigs that buy her.
She added that the authorities and the inhabitants of Sosa are mere spectators of the moral disaster that surrounds them where dozens of girls are prostitutes, playing as clowns to have sex with men who come there, like a contemporary Christopher Columbus, and fill them with ballots. Of smoke, semen and drugs. *.
Cheddy Garcia issued her conscientious considerations after staying overnight in that tourist location where she currently recorded her new film "Dirty Work" so she defined Sosa as a "red zone" where everything is allowed and censorship does not come, although she clarified that it is not generalizing, because in that locality located in the extreme east of the Puerto Plata province there are many professionals and honorable families. *.
"I want to reflect on what I have seen and what has hurt me as a woman, mother and citizen; Maybe my voice dies, like so many others, but if someone with power would import, tell me, and act. Everything seems to indicate that prostitution is a source of money for the government. ", she said.
She affirmed that contaminated tourism from all over the world comes to Sosa to dirty with dollars and euros the private parts of the complacent prostitute girls, who walk the streets without breasts and without direction, leaving their school and their notebook for a disgusting kiss of any kind. Old smelly who wants to pay for them and fill them with AIDS.
Garcia, who is one of the most important art figures of the Dominican Republic, meant that the harsh reality of the child prostitution that surrounds Sosa, denotes a chain of errors committed by the government when it is incompetent or indifferent to its country despite that citizens expect something else with the millions that come out of our taxes.
And respectfully to Revere, I don't see a "big crackdown taking place" or the President taking "drastic action. " I see a Dominican actress / comedian bellyaching about WGs in Sosua, something that always seems to happen AFTER the high season is over. There'll be roundups and hand-wringing by government officials in Sosua for the next few months, roundups and hand-wringing that will (predictably) subside right as the high season begins in several months.

This article started it all. This one is very real. Some of you all said Sosua would never change, but President was embarrassed and took drastic action.

Like pets, chicas come in all shapes, sizes and temperaments! Sosua is one big petting zoo.
But if you want to take one home with you, you better pick the right one, and show her who's boss! Set some ground rules from the very beginning!
This new one came into my life, all ready to take over my time, and presumably my budget, calling or expecting to visit after work. It took three "conversations" and 2 times cutting her loose before she got the message!
Now we are cool.
Tuesday early evening we were lounging by a pristine blue pool, with glasses of wine and out of nowhere she pulls out a pedicure kit! Happily goes to work on my tired old feet. I was in heaven.
Before she left in the morning, my place was cleaned (again) from top to bottom and she left 2 days of home cooking in my fridg! Never does ask me for money, and takes what my budget allows. For me it is more satisfying than sport fucking, and works out a lot cheaper! Plus as I get older I like more of a routine in my life, regular walk, regular swim, regular home cooked meals, regular cocktail hour, regular bedtime, and something special to do on weekends!
This weekend we are all going up to her family campo to eat, drink, laugh, and love.
Deju vu? Hey I did this with my other long term GF, too! WTF!
But, for me it never gets stale!
Finding a good one is like fishing, most you throw back, but occasionally you get a keeper!

At the day there are many types of mongers in sosua depending on duration and frequency of trips; and also your lifestyle back at home.
If I was in Sosua or DR at least 4 weeks a year, I will be paying 1500 for sure; and work on a network of regular girls, sugar babies, single moms, students, etc.
I am more of a 5 to 7 days guy in DR per year; which means that at the end of the day I may have to pay more on average. I am not going to let the girl I like go with another monger.
Because I didn't want to spend an extra 500. I like to offer 2000 for ST because I know it's a good price. That what I pay during the day. And on my last day I usually spent even 2500 for ST just because I don't want to waste time and get behind on the # of nuts I budgeted.
Once I see a girl a couple of times during the day, every day, then it's a turn off to me. I know and have seen girls that go for 1500.70% of those girls are definitely not my type. Whatever is a 9 or 10 on my scale do not seem to go for 1500.
Mongers sometimes do not see the other side. Women do know what prices they can get. Not every girl can get 3 to 4 dicks a day without getting sore. The girls that usually make the most money are the girls that can handle quantity. Each girl has her pricing model, some rather take 1 HR of pounding for 4000 and just need that 1 customer, and other are willing to go for the 3 poundings at 1500; running the risk of one guy pounding them hard for 2 hrs.

It is a modern bank standing in space with a short drive-in. There are drive-through ATMs outside the building on the right, but I would advise you to tell your driver to pull in to the main bank building as the ATM is inside the entrance and thus more secure. Even safer would be to take your card to the teller counter. You will need to produce your passport. This way you have the advantage that your can order a selection of small bills and coins. (Small bills and coins can be hard to come by in the DR, which causes you to overpay, as many sellers do not have change for gringos). For example, if I am drawing 25,000 pesos, I ask for:
15 x 1000.
10 x 500.
10 x 200.
10 x 10.
20 x 50.
1000 in coins (25 peso coins or a mixture).
The downside is you will need a bit of Spanish unless have previously written the amounts clearly on a piece of paper. The first time I pushed my slip of paper under the grill the chica looked alarmed. I think she had been watching too many bank hold-up movies. If there is queue (line) at the counter you may want to revert to plan A and use the ATM in the entrance, depending on how patient your driver is.
