Yes GM1, indeed she gave me 40 $; I guess because most of the transactions at PF are done in dollars. A disappointment it was nevertheless. IMO what counts as one shot depends on the circumstances. The agreement was for leches and although it may appear narrow minded I would stick to exactly this, not caring for what she "thinks".

Well, let me explain first, why I decided to visit Pica Flor. I prefer ladies being slender, so obviously lots of ladies being present here don't fit into my picking scheme. There are lots of slender Haitianas but I prefer natural straight hair as well. Hmm, the slender Haitinas I saw so far are eather wearing their naturally but frizzly hair or some very obvious wigs. Ohoh, here we go, but I don't want to start another Sosua chica quality debate. I agree, you can still find a few attractive women here, but would you agree they are in high demand, have a steady client or know their value too well. Not exactly what I would describe as a buyers market. In the past I invited Passions girls once in a while and was always pleased, although I had to pay a little bit more. Pica Flor being even more expensive, my assessment was staying in Thailand, I would pick a gogo dancer without an eyeblink and pay easily 5-6000 baht considering drinks, barfine and ladyfee. Pretty much the same level. Some may argue, I should not compare prices of different countries, what is true to some point, but both are still third world.

Sorry for the long intro, when telling a motoconcho "Pica Flor" he was quite happy, so surely he will get a nice propina from the establishment. Nevertheless we agreed on 200 pesos returntrip, him waiting. He could not use the Ocean Village entry, so it was some dirt roads. Finally stopping at the establishment, I was quite pleased seeing about 50 ladies at 4:30 pm. The place was busy with about a dozend customers, some sitting at the bar and an other group having kind of party sitting at the side with no chicas involved.

Sitting at the bar I had to ask 3 times for a drink over the period of 15 minutes. The chica selection was huge, all colors and bodytypes, so easy to find one to my liking. The quality was very much above average street chica in Sosua, but this is because I rate the average there low. I would say 6-9's, remembering a guy here (sorry forgot your name) mentioned, without makeup and the other stuff, they do not look distinct from other DR chicas.

As it was stated already, the chicas are not agressive, some simply sitting at their place smiling waiting to be moved over, few coming to the bar introducing themselves. So the atmosphere was convenient. I can get overwhelmed having a crowd of chicas arround me, all eager to get my attention. I did some interviews, knowing that BBBJ is not guaranteed I told them, that I expect BBBJ, GFE, at least 2 leches and they have to be willing to go out in Centro for food and drinks, I decided on an 23 yo morena from POP, not the most beautiful, but showing lots of smiles, who agreed to everything. She didn't talk a lot, but asked me to invite her amiga for a threesome, an option she had already suggested at PF, I told her this is not my fantasy. OK, I had a few threesomes in the past. Nothing overwhelming and for just by chance this would have been to much money. Back in the room naked on the bed she told me 2 leches only and for three I would have to pay 2000 DOP extra. I agreed, because having taken some viagra before I knew that the leches will not come easily. We showered together, but with little bodycontact, at the cama she didn't want foreplay and refused kissing (I hadn't asked about that at PF, so my fault figuring GFE means kissing as well). Later, on the way back to the hotel she complained about me making her walk so much and at that point I stopped being the nice guy and we had an argument. That continued in the room because she told me we had sex before and I insisted we negotiated leches not sex. I think she wanted to be sent home, to meet her lesbian friend, but I was not willing to do her that favour and told her to give me the massage she had offered at PF (wondering if TLN would have been massage only, if I hadn't negotiated the other details). After the massage she asked me what is next and I told her primero una mamada why entonces sexo. She started the leche o sexo discussion again and I told her to shut up and that she had agreed to two times and she owes me one more time anyway. At that point she offered to give me back 2000 DOP and leave. I agreed and she finally left, not without complaining how I took advantage of her and what a great deal I have got, having spent 5 hours with me instead of 3. I told her, that it was all but a great deal, just cutting the losses.

Summary: PF has, as far I know, domenican management and are not up to par with Passions when it comes to customer satisfaction. When I visit again and I am not sure if I will, interviewing more deeply (I. E. Kissing and unlimited leches) ST with the option to extend to TLN. No dating stuff (pool, dinner) at the beginning, more or less straight to the cama. But as always YMMV, maybe I just picked a bad apple.

I was saying if that was ONLY what I wanted. I agree that the DR is the place to sample both along with women of Venezuela and maybe some other countries. If all I wanted was Haitian chicas I would invest the time to learn the language (just like I am learning Spanish) and the ins and outs of the country but.

I like variety. So the DR crosses off the 3 see's for me (Cost, Coochie, Chica-variety) and you get good value because of the supply and demand for Haitianas. When I was in St. Maarten a couple of months ago the only Dominican chica in the casa I went to wanted $80. Who is it on here that said "why would I pay you that when I can get you cousin for. In your country? Needless to say I passed, saved my money and am looking forward to my next trip to the DR in May. $80 Chica please!

What's the average price in Saint Maarten? How is the quality and variety in comparison to the DR? Was there some fat asses? Used to date a girl from Saint Maarten in the late 90's. She had a fat chocolate Ass!

One can go to Sosua and sample both Dominicanas and Haitianas, one can not go to Haiti and sample both. Good enough reasons for me not to go to Haiti and yes I have been there.

Excellent excellent understanding in a nutshell on why I won't go to Haiti to monger. Even the European guys that go to the Sue just for Haitian girls would rather meet them in the DR. Yet I can only imagine the raw talent I am missing out.

To me getting a Haitian is like getting a used car with a brand new engine. She might not look as pretty as the other cars on display; but look at that engine and boy can she go!

I agree when I go to IHOP, International House of Pancakes, I order breakfast. It's what they are known for. I know some that go there for lunch and swear by there steak and cheese sub.

I think about the DR as if I had to go to IHOP every day to eat. Yea I'll have breakfast (Dominicanas) most days but it might not hurt to try the steak and cheese (Haitan chicas) every now and then for a switch up.

But if I know I want steak and cheese, why not go to a place that specializes in them (Haiti) where I can have more options and flavors.

Thanks for the feedback -just need a place to crash for 2 nights and it is showing as $59 per night. On that note -is there a bar / restaurant in particular where Haitian girls hang out? Thinking of sampling both Dominica and Haitiana for my 2 nights short stay.

Let me tell you right now that that Urban place sucks and is way overpriced. I never stayed there, but left the club one night and went over and took a tour when it was new. (I had parked in front of it; that is how I noticed it.) It reminded me of when I was a boy scout and used to go camping. I guess the name is supposed to be one of those opposite things because the name Rural would have fit it much better. They might have even had cots for beds, or at least should have to fit with everything else. I think it was like $65-$80 back then.
