    Very sensible advice.

Well stated and I completely agree.

For me, having traveled Asia for a long time, two things stand out in favor of the DR (not necessarily Sosua) - the proximity of its geography and ease of the language. In Thailand or Indonesia or Taipei or Burma or Vietnam or Korea (definitely less so in Singapore and Malaysia), the girls could barely go beyond "ficki ficki". In the DR, I can have a sensible conversation like everyday people and the place is a 4 hour flight from where I am. The local prices are excellent, the food is International plus local and good quality, if you can overlook fried chicken. (I don't think much of Filipino food, sorry!) I even had women prepare chivo for me and bring it to hotel.

Germany is probably the safest and easiest of all places (London is good though as is Aus / NZ) but you certainly do not get what I can get in the DR. Pulling people off the streets (now Gogo says, Cuba is special as is Colombia. Of which I do not know anything). Most places that I know of, around the globe are fish bowls or Internet ads these days, just no comparison compared to the DR.

The risk one is speaking of is much higher in the land I live (both the legal hazards and health) - if one cannot handle Sosua, one needs to take a second look at oneself or as some do, travel in group. After all, like the women in Sosua, there is safety in numbers!

If you give them the latter items they will smile sweetly and be ever so grateful, and next morning sell them for a quarter of their value in the DR (half their value in the USA).

Excellent advice as usual Charles. Cash is king, but if you feel the urge to do something extra for a regular / keeper / repeater you could spend an hour with her in Playera and let her pick up toiletries, cremes, toothpaste, babystuff, powder and other stuff she may not have at home. Same as cash, but she chooses it, and it's a human touch, where it is appreciated.

You could get more bang for you your buck, and increased credits, but beware of being domesticated

This is a just a comment on my preferences and track record in Sosua. It is not a recommendation for, or even less a criticism of, anyone else's practices.

Some guys like the regular putas, the professionals who make little pretense this is not their full-time occupation. They claim their performance is more skilled and they are more likely to provide any kinky extras required. This is no doubt true, at least for one-off meetings.

Always pay afterwards. In fact, if a chica had the nerve to ask me for cash upfront I would immediately drop her. It is vital to establish who is in the driving seat from the first minute. It is a buyer's market, especially these days.

That is true. However some places are more known for it than others - as Sosua hookers are known more for their antics than hookers in other places. If someone mentions the murder count for 2016 in Chicago at being at almost 700, you can not underplay that by showing an article where someone was murdered in Mobile where there were only 25 murders for the year. You don't just tell someone to go on up to Chicago and enjoy the lake and the great food without also telling them to be careful because they are killing mfs there like it is nobody's business.

So all I am telling new people to do is to watch out for the bullshit and do not be surprised when they encounter it. You and Oakie would have them to believe there is no bullshit even though you (Oakie at least) have experienced it personally.
    Here we go again.

Sosua is one big brothel!, OK, sorry, it is a Sex Destination! OK, sorry it is beach town with good restaurants.

Now I'm trying not offend anyone here, as you can see!

But if you go for the sex, you must be aware that taking a strange third world puta back to your room could be a risk.

Now for most of us, the risk is small, but it is always there, as is crossing the street and getting hit by a motoconcho,

But that risk is so small as to be negligible for most of us who are regular visitors.

In my city prostitution is illegal and is mostly done through outcalls an incalls. The proceedure sometimes requires you to go across to an unfamiliar part of town, phone and get new directions. The risk of a rip off in a dimly lit apartment building or a dark parking lot, is always there, and bait and switch is not only high, but the norm. You might hit a good one but they are always on the move, so little chance for a regular. If you are ripped of you can't go to the cops or they'll arrest you!

Over the years I've traveled a lot all over NA (37 States) Europe (14 countries) Mexico, Caribbean, and all the Islands except Cuba and Jamaica. I've sampled the local offerings. I can tell you, getting laid in Sosua is the cheapest, easiest, safest thing in the world, little crime, no pimps, no STDs and if you like the dark shades, the best pussy anywhere I've been. Now if you want to spend more time and money, I daresay Brazil, and Columbia and Thailand may be more to your, liking and that's fine.

But I'm here in Sosua, and I ain't going nowhere! No need! I got everything I want right here!

You can just point, chat and go, the room is right around the corner, point, chat and go, repeat! And/or you can get a long term regular GFE

(At least I can, but YMMV)

So for some of us, Sosua really is a mongers paradise. Not only that, it is a fun place to party and vacation.

I actually feel more comfortable there than at home.

Like Mr Enternational advised you, he was serious. And since your comment, you received some feedback with some examples.

Your last question, was is it normal to pay before or after the deed is done? Don't be fooled by chicas telling you they got stiffed by guys in the past, and now require your payment upfront. It's always pay after services are rendered. Also if in doubt, it might be a good idea to type out the agreed price on your phone, to reduce the chance of her claiming a different price.

International I got love for you you travel a lot more places than I ever will so you feel how you feel. I do not hate sosua but it has fallen off and that is how I feel. Does not mean I am better than no one if I go other places. But, let it be clear if I come in and I do not like the music in classico I get it changed because I want people to have fun. Now, why is that because people know I expect things to pop when I am in the club and I do it throughout the DR and for everybody that swears by sosua how come you cannot do that because you cannot. They do not know who you are and I tell the powers to be things have to change here it has fallen off and they say your right what do we do. People respect when your honest and speak from your heart, but not hear something always wrong with you. That simple and I hate on no one but I be damn if people hate and they cannot change shit. Everybody can sit behind a computer and put people down, but I respect the people who can walk into town and make it happen. I know I can. Do you International.

And I'm cool with that. If he was giving serious advice, I will definitely heed it. Hey, if people are just having a little fun, I'm not going to rain on your parade. At least the guys here on this forum seem to have a lot of fun! And they seem to love Sousa. So, nobody needs to get upset if I fool around a bit, as well. Okay?

Checked airfare from DFW to SDQ and it is under $400 on Delta. Dang! A real airline. Anyways, I want to thank you guys for your input.

To OldKool: the price difference between SDQ and POP is between $400 and $500 from where I live (Dallas / Ft. Worth) and is more than a ticker to Asia. So its a no-brainier to fly into SDQ unless I can find an odd bargain to POP on Priceline like I saw once for a few seconds ($350 RT).

To Oakie: you do have a valid point about participants on the other forums. Sousa sounds like the next stop this winter.

To Frannie: Your advice about cash and valuables is good advice. But, I never take "valuables" with me anyways and generally don't carry anything I can't afford to lose. The most expensive thing I take with me is my clothes, which are generally pretty nice (I tend to dress well as a matter of habit. No Rolex though).

I came down with a good 3-point game plan for cash allotment in Thailand. Basically I do a "triage" with my cash and cards that goes like this.

Bundle A: what goes in your pocket, for the evenings expenses (drinks, dinner, transportation). This is a good way to budget.

Bundle be: payment for the girl you bring back to your room. This is set aside in some discrete location that is easy to access, when you need to pay the girl for her services. It also helps you budget and set a negotiation point, because your fixed maximum amount has been set aside. By discrete location, I mean I have found some interesting places to stash cash where your chambermaid would not likely look, even if it is right under her nose.

Bundle see: The money you won't spend that evening (and can't afford to lose) goes in the safe. If all goes well, you shouldn't need to open the safe until the next day.

Just a few questions? In the DR, do you normally pay before or after the deed is done? Also, are electronics expensive in the DR, and good "gifts" or incentive items for the girls? I understand DR is still on 3 G, and there are some excellent 3 G phones out there that are negligible in cost.

He aint quoting nobody. He isn't disagreeing either. The only thing he can do, is distort the context of what was provided and then make an argument against his own distortion, Then he attacks the distortion he created and make it seem like that's somebody else's POV.

Fuck your feelings because I prefer to deal with facts. Is anything that I have written not true about Sosua?
    Nope., not at all.

This is what I was going to post.

Understanding and knowing an environment and what CAN happen or it's potentials, is not about hating on Sosua. It's about being aware. What good is telling people all of the good stuff and not also provide feedback and insight of things that one should be aware of? Also nobody is disputing the frequency or infrequency of when petty shit happens. Just that it is important to know.

Here's one example of how some chicas in packs can work to exploit a monger. A dude invites a chica out somewhere. Maybe to the beach or to a restaurant. In some instances, a chica provides the opportunity for her comrades to invite themselves to be in her company with her date. Suddenly the man finds himself, with company he never asked for. These women are not dumb.

They know quite often they might be able to get a guy to offer to feed or provide drinks for his chicas friends. They will sit there all hot, bothered, bored, hungry and thirsty. And not spend any of their own money. Hoping that man may eventually offer to feed them or hydrate them. Thats one example of chicas rolling together trying to exploit a dude.

Another example, is a guy with a chica in a restaurant, and his company invites her comrades over, who happen to be passing by to let them feed off of the mans plate. I witnessed both scenarios play out with a few guys.

As for chicas carrying large purses. Yes for enough chicas carrying large purses can be for the purpose of having a change of clothes, makeup and toiletries. And at the same time, a large purse can give chicas the opportunity to steal some items some guys never thought a chica might value.

His dirty designer underwear / clothes, razors, kitchen knives, cologne, toothpaste, soap, his toiletries / condoms, non prescription medicine, phone chargers, cigarettes and lighters, food, his alcohol etc. I have received reports from enough mongers on these types of petty thefts.

These are some of the things that people seldom think they need to secure along with their valuables. But some chicas find value in these things. It doesn't matter what it is, nobody wants shit taken from them. And for the record, a chica doesn't need a large purse if she intends to steal or an opportunity presents itself.

In fact not having a large purse, makes it harder to suspect her of stealing, since it's not going to be easy trying to find the item if it is concealed on her person or she hid it somewhere to get later.

Shit not only is it important for mongers to protect themselves, chicas have to protect themselves from each other. It's not uncommon to hear stories of chicas stealing from each other in their rooms and hotels, and doing all sorts of sneaky shit behind another chicas back.

No, not at all, but that's YOUR experience.

We can arrange towels, and find good pussy. WE don't get mobbed by hoards of giant tote bag carrying putas.

WE know how to get value for our money!

But we still love to hear how you get fucked up down there. It's all info for the board

(For the record, while waiting for my regular GFE to show up I took a mouth watering 10 back to the Terra Linda. The sex was so fucking amazing I told her so. I could have married that body. So now she wants a propina, and she won't leave til she gets one. A thousand?

After two fake phone calls from me to "security" (Willie at TL who was laughing) she settled for 400 pesos, which in all fairness I would have given her anyway, for a repeat. No drama, no fight, no politur, no enemies on the strip, no waking up half the hotel with a shouting match.

    That's in 8 years.)

Fuck your feelings because I prefer to deal with facts. Is anything that I have written not true about Sosua?
Yes, but you are a guy who cannot even get towels in a hotel in Sosua, so your mileage may vary from what other people have experienced. I have had chicas make home made cough medicine for me when I was sick and not even ask for money, but you cannot get a towel in a hotel.

You will find dishonesty wherever you go. For example in the US it is often on the part of corporations with stack of lawyers. For example you sign up for a cell phone contract and find they have added $20 per month on for "insurance" without telling you until you examine your bill closely. And people are TAUGHT in business school to pull this kind of shit. So of course in a prostitution environment anywhere in the world you are going to encounter occasional dishonesty. And then the strip clubs in the US want men to PAY for admission, lap dances and grossly overpriced drinks, or so I have heard.

Yes, you might encounter some girls who are asking for "leche papi" without giving you a decent fuck, but then you also have guys who take Viagra and can't climax and want to keep trying until the girl is sore, so there is always another side to the story. Don't believe everything you hear.

Sosua is cheap and cheerful, has a decent beach and restaurants, excellent food, economical hotels and public transportation, and is close to the East coast of the US, and you can meet large numbers of women and have them grind on you and flirt with you without paying a cent, and if you want sex that is available too at a reasonable price. If they don't perform in the bedroom, you can always throw them back and find a better one. Another benefit of Sosua is that you can meet a large number of attractive Haitian women without having to stay in Haiti. So clearly Sosua has a lot of attractive features as a vacation destination for single men.

OK, maybe it is better in Pattaya or Medellin, but they are not 2 hours from NYC or Miami.

And here is a link to a story about a western man found with his throat slit in Thailand. No word on whether his iphone was taken. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...-Thailand.html.

Neither have I. And even though you have placed quotes those are not the words that GrownMan wrote that I agreed with. So who is it that you are quoting?

So what you are saying is that a chick in Sosua has never tried to rip you off? Because I seem to remember a report that you posted where one did. And didn't some chick come up and steal food from Old Kool's plate? Where do they do that besides Sosua? Friends of mine have definitely had things stolen such as camera, ipod, and money by Sosua chicks. Who wrote the report of a Sosua chick even trying to steal the coins he had?

Are you going to get some pussy in Sosua? Of course you are. But a lot of times getting pussy in Sosua will come with the headace that it does not come with in most other known mongering places. But again, the Sosua defenders would not know that. They may think it is normal because they do not know other mongering locations. So to them Sosua is the holy grail and can do no wrong. They want you to believe there are no pitfalls to be aware of in Sosua. Just go there, fuck all you want with no problems at all, and go back home until the next trip to paradise.

I think there is a youtube link on ISG proper of a chick in Sosua attempting to steal money from a monger. It should not be hard to find if you are really interested.

And do tell what fucking normal women for free has to do with the known antics of Sosua hookers. Everytime I call out their shit you throw that up as if it is going to make their bullshit nonexistent.
