It's been a while, 6 years, since I've been to Sosua. I used to pay 80-150 for a night for some looking girls. Has that changed? Most posts I'm seeing guys are being charged by the hour. Also, what would be the best spots to go to, besides Rumbas? Used to go to Classico mostly.

Tinder my friend. Most of the high class girls that you can get with 150 usd (for 2 hours) will NOT go anywhere near the strip, or Rumba's, or the casino etc as they don't want to be associated with street girls or be around cops etc. Yes, if you want to stay out later at night you can find decent girls at the Casino or at Bailees, and they might go for 150 usd for the night. But they are to be 'consistent' working girls (even if they only come out a few weekends a month). The girls on Tinder are students and I don't think they get with guys that much. They are young, tight and clean. And it feels much more like a date where you don't know if you are to get any as many of the girls will NOT discuss money until when the act has begun or has finished. Many will take money for school or taxi etc. Take them out for drinks or dinner first, and it feels like a date and feels like you are conquering them when you get them in the sack rather than renting their services. It is much more fun in my mind. Street girls are much more mechanical, in and out, and often have depressed or bad attitudes where they would rather not be doing this with you.

Also, try the girls in Blue Ice which is next to Chez Montreal which is across from Rumbas. And report back who they are. I was curious what they were looking for and never went in and talked to them.

Staying outside the main strip has its advantages. Best way for me to get around is on a motorbike. There's rental places all over town now. Don't kill yourself, and especially not your back rider.

Thanks. I was avoiding driving / riding since I'm vacation. I'm about a 10 min drive from the strip. Any ideas on how much a taxi would be?

Heading back to DR and going to spend a couple days in Sosua late January. Not going to make superbowl. Staying in Pyramid Plaza for the first time. I have about 24 more hours to cancel, anybody stay there recently? Just wondering about how the hot water is, and if it consistently has electricity issues? Can't wait to report. Stopped in Sosua for a few hours during the day in early December and immediately was smiling for ear to ear. Not even because I was in awe of the women. I was just happy to be back in the town and see some familiar faces.

Theres always 3 or 4 drivers hanging outside of the New Garden waiting for customers.

They usually drive Toyota Siennas (minivan) - ask ALL drivers what there rates are.

I just got back from there last night. I rented a golf cart to get around in and there's plenty of places that have them as well as scooters.

I was paying 2 K for an hour this year. If you're paying that much they must be smelling gringo a mile away. It seems to me if you go to a destination and have to stay in your hotel searching Tinder or similiar sites for hours to find something you like, why would you go there if you don't like what's available? Based on your descriptions from your previous post, you'd be better off going to Medellin and learning some Spanish. The Su is a place for guys who appreciate dark-skinned booty queens. Also, unlike most mongering destinations that are cities, the Su is a small beach town with a relaxed atmosphere, where you don't have to worry about traffic, everything is in walking distance, close to multiple beaches, and if you want to get sloshed every night and stumble back to your hotel, you don't have to worry about safety. It's easy to make friends with the locals and I've scored some great girls from their recommendations. The Su has a lot going for it even if it's not what it once was. I've been to many mongering destinations, and keeping coming back to Sosua. Learn some Spanish my friend, and go to where they have the types of girls you like.

Yes, I agree Sosua is a wonderful place for convenience: 20 minutes from a good airport, good and affordable hotels close to the strip, girls everywhere, and a good beach with tours and scuba etc etc. But some things I wish they could approve on: loud bikes screaming down the street at all hours or cars with music blasting; homeless or crazy girls / guys harrassing you while you eat etc, and they want money not food; expensive restos on the strip where the prices are similar to a normal US restaurant; and many girls who speak little english.

But if you are willing to pay up, there are quality girls. 100 usd for an hour is around 1/4th the going rate for a quality girl in the US for an hour. And the street girls are not elite in anyway, but for a 60 usd BBBJ, it can be fun. If you can talk quality girls down from a 100 or a street girl down from 60 usd, then more power to you, I could not. And when I tried, there attitude got crappy fast. So if you are not cheap, fun can abound.

I heard mentioned that the really hot waitress at Rumbas was asked for a date? I can only imagine what she would want. If you spoke good spanish and could chat her up and take her out on a date etc, then who knows. But she is of the high quality I am talking about that you can find on Tinder, but they want 100 usd for an hour at a minimum. But that is the quality I want for some good one on one!

Rule #1 never go to Sosua around Christmas and New Year. All the good talent is at home with their family.

Has anyone gone into Blue Ice which is next to Chez Montreal on the corner across from Rumbas? There were nice girls sitting in there early in the night and I couldn't figure out why they were in there. Were they employees or girls looking for guys, or? I was confused.

I didn't make it to the Casino or the Ahnvee as it was Christmas, and I figured it was going to be more of the same. I figured the higher class girls come out later at night, but by 9 pm, I was already home with a Tinder girl, or all sexed out for the day, so I never made it out to see those girls. And I figured they were just to be the same girls off of Tinder asking for 100 usd per hour anyway.

Fun times, and its only a 2 hour flight from Miami, so rock on!!

Based on reading your report I'd guess you don't speak any Spanish and like skinny light-skinned girls. So, why are you in Sosua? You'd be better off in Panama so you can get your "high-class" girls. To each his own, but you've painted a terrible picture of the street girls in Sosua, especially for newbies looking to get info, which simply isn't true. I prefer street girls, the darker the better, and none of mine were dirty, smelly, or had missing teeth, and so forth. They were all hot, narrow waists with huge asses. I don't know where you're looking, but I was there this year and had a blast with the street girls. Tinder and similiar sites aren't needed at all here.
