It sounds like your stay in SD is rather going to be a short one. In which case, you may be better off staying around El Conde, where you stand the chance of grabbing a SW before be fore 5:00 pm, when people start rushing back home before the curfew starts at 7:00 pm. I do semi and non pro exclusively and usually have commitments lined-up before my arrival. I seriously doubt that this is an ideal time for free lancer, on a short trip to be in SD for our hobby. The city looks deserted after 5:00 pm. Just got back on Friday.
