I think almost all hotels are guest friendly in RD other than few excpetions like Barcelo. But I got the girl into the room in 2 occassion without registering and I entered the hotel with her as my girlfriend.

According to me, these are my top 5 hotels in RD (irregardless of budget).

1. Jaragua renaissance, close proximity and located on malecon.

2. Jw marriott in blue mall, its located in downtown and there is too much traffic. Always plan ahead of time.

3. Hotel intercontinental, close to jw marriott and more newer hotel than jw marriott.

4. Embassy suites by hilton.

5. Sheraton, next to jaragua on malecon. But the rooms are older and Jaragua is a better choice.

All these 5 hotels are 1000000% guest friendly and are according to American standard.

For girls there are two private discreet Casas full of Venezuelan girls in the zona colonial / malecn area. The park just east of hotel Napolitano has girls but mostly drug Addicts. El conde still has girls and it's a great show to post up there late at night and hunt. Boca chica was very slow, many girls wanting to come see me in SD just to get a client. PAart 2 later.

The city is a mix of old world charm and modern Latin flair. Its medieval palaces and fortresses mix with nightlife and shopping to rival any modern city in the world. If you are planning to go for more than 10 days, my advice is to visit:

Puerto Plata Segway & Beach. Historical Santo Domingo Day Trip and Santo Domingo old Town. LOS Haitises National Park Eco Adventure.

A good Hotel to say and not that expensive is the Catalonia Santo Domingo. Also the Barcelo Santo Domingo, in my opinion are great! (I've been twice).

You'll have to take a cab or Uber to GBP as it's a ways from the Zona Colonial. Its on the corner of Expresso 27 why Calle Clarin, second floor.

I am here on the ground in Santo Domingo, keeping good notes. I will write up a solid trip report in a few days.

I am staying at hotel Riazor, can confirm its guest friendly as reported. Note: they are doing major renovations here, lots of noise and dust.

Can anyone tell me where to find the Venezuelan Casas? For what its worth, I'm fluent in Spanish.

There is one that is in zona colonial or behind the oasis bar in calle Mercedes. Its a white color apartment and its in 2nd floor and the girls quality is average to low but the price is good. 1500 pesos for 30 minutes 1 shot. 3000 pesos for 1 hour 2 shots. Don't go with a driver or some tour guide as the price will go up as they have to give commission for that person who brought you there. You can DM and I can send you the number so you can contact them before you go. Depending on the budget and price, there is a bar named afuego bar that is located in autopista 30 de mayo after helipad. It has a lot of Colombians and Venezuelan girls little better in quality with big boobs and big ass. The owner will quote with higher price but you can bring down the price and it should be 100 $ for 2 hours and 200 $ for all night. I don't know if anyone else were able to negotiate it for more cheaper at that place.

I think you will do find but a few things to do. Use Uber it works great in SD. The other thing that works great in SD is Cupid. Get what I call semi pros.
