So I am visiting Santo Domingo for 10 days in late August. I have been there once before earlier this year, plus I have been to Sosua. My first trip to SD was for a few days and quite enjoyable. For this trip my goals are to work on my Spanish skills and try and pull more girls out of the clubs and offline. My first visit I pulled one semi-pro out of a bar and several pros plus the Casas. Can anyone recommend a few good clubs or bars near Colonial Zone where I might have some success with semi-pros? I am also going solo, obviously its going to be harder to meet girls alone. Any tips on perhaps befriending some locals just to help pull chicas with? My Spanish is still pretty bad so I know this is going to be a problem. Is it possible to meet a chica and have her show me around? I have also been reading that a lot of working girls visit the clubs on Venezuela ave. Are these clubs too dangerous to visit alone? I am fine in the worst cities in the USA, but not having good Spanish skills and looking like a target has me skeptical to visit this part of SD alone. I have heard ONNOs and V. I. P. Malecon are some good bars / clubs to visit. My first trip, the one casa I went to a few times in the Colonial Zone was pretty good. It was right next to Foxys on the Malecon. Does anyone else have the names and locations of some other good casas near Colonial Zone?

Any tips from some more experienced guys would be greatly appreciated! I have been loving my trips to the DR, but I am trying to expand out and get more out of my stays there. I also want to get more bang for my buck and not over pay haha. Thanks in advance for any replies!
