I concur. I've been to the club scene at least 4 times throughout my six-year ventures. I would not recommend it for a solo traveler. Clubs in Santo Domingo are not pick up spots. It's very loud and everybody is into themselves. Chicas do not go to the club looking for P4 P. They are in Groups and are usually accompanied by men. Every time I go with High Hopes I always seem to get disappointed. I'm in my 40's now so I don't see myself returning to that young scene.

I would like to rent one for a week and have 1 or 2 girls come over every day with no hassles. Has anyone done this with no problems? Expedia seems to have quite a few.

I figure "good luck with that". A few days later he messages me. Asks my best price. I say 22,500. He offers 20,000. I say no. He says "ayudame". I ask him if he was not selling one for 25,000? He says yes. I ask, why would he buy one if he already has one.

He said "ayudame". Turns out he didn't have one. He published he had one in the same damn forum I was in. If a sucker paid him 25,000 he would go find one for less! When I said no to 20,000 he finally agreed on 22,500. I said forget it. Eventually sold it for 22,500, maybe to his "buyer".
