Maybe a restaurant will have to juggle its customers, but I see no reason for a customer to have to juggle the restaurants he patrons. He simply picks the one he has a taste for at the time. Nightlife / Conde / Casinos were all a zero. All the restaurants were closing at 10 pm and that moved to 8 pm with new quarantine that kicked off last Thursday. If you venture to the DR, find a place with a pool that stays open late! Ours closed at 7 pm. Lame.

Just to get the heck out of the crazy US for a week, I will go regardless, assuming there is no last minute ban on flights from the US. Speaking on that, my flight will land at nighttime in the middle of the curfew times.

Anyone, who is on the ground now, care to share what is it like in Santo Domingo with a curfew?

This will be my first time being in place under those conditions (out of 100's of lifetime trips). I just curious.

Travellers from and to the airports will be allow on the roads upon showing some proof that still seems undefined. Uber will be serving those people and I imagine you will have to send copy of your itenerary when booking. Beaches will remain open but no pools or river "balnearios". Regarding girls, if you have been here for a while and have a network of chicas, there is not change to speak of. Now if you just arrive the opportunities will be less since all night venues won't exist. Try social media for a few days before arrival and see what pops up. Eliminate anyone requesting gifts. Very low probability of air traffic stopping again given the preasure of the resorts sector and the need for foreing cuurency.
