Its difficult to compete with the twenty and thirty something dudes. Your bank account does not seem to interest the twenty something babes in the club setting.

You have to be willing to rub shoulders with the locals. Speaking spanish and being confident is required. SD has some great airbnb options. if you liked Mixler you'd dig the Club at the Hotel W&P. Hell the restaurant there is good too but the Club upstairs had some of the most beautiful women I've seen on the Island.

My boy was celebrating his 60th birthday at Mixer night club so I went to support him. From Zona Colonial to Mixer in uber was 277 pesos. No cover and the place was amazing. Outdoor with a pool with about 10 girls in string bikinis. Multi level with white sofas in VIP. A big cooler with ice was already on the table consisting of a bottle of grey goose (4 K pesos), three presidentes, orange juice, cranberry juice and bottles of water. We had a platter 10 wings, tostionos, fries, short sausage and grilled chicken pieces. Security even offered to send over girls if we wanted. After we finished the food platter we ordered the cooler with the same as before. I left home with 5 k pesos and came home with 1 k, so be prepared to spend money at club Mixer. Overall it was an amazing experience.

I've been to Mixler a couple of times It was OK but I'm not really a club guy (at least not in the DR) but I will say if you liked Mixler you'd dig the Club at the Hotel W&P. Hell the restaurant there is good too but the Club upstairs had some of the most beautiful women I've seen on the Island.

Yes, its a good hotel (last year before pandemic started at least) had a 24 hour cafe. Its by a noisy road some rooms better than others.

Spa Yesi on Churchill near Jose Contreras, also the long time location behind the Amadita Mirador Norte branch near the Downtown Center mall at Nunez and Betancourt. There are a couple of others but the trend is definitely moving toward online sources like skokka. Enjoy.

In 2017 I lived a few blocks from Mixer on Calle 8 and I never went there. Just walking by and seeing all the expensive SUVs in the parking lot killed my desire to go. Well last year a few expats starting going on Monday nights to watch the NFL football game and we all started paying attention. I'm surprised they didn't have a cover charge and the food was pretty good.

My suggestion would be to go upstairs to the second level because it wasn't crowded, plus you have a good view looking down at the festivities. It was working girls there but I'm not even trying to hear their price in a spot like that. A gringo sitting in Mixer probably won't get anything under 5 k.

I wouldn't spent 12 k for sure alone.

One thing I am starting to like about santo domingo is how cheap is for me to fly there nonstop. I had a couple of work trips in senegal, Ghana and ivory coast where I got to know a couple of regular girls which resulted in good sex in exchange of gifts. The most expensive gift was a used iphone but we had great sex for like a month with hotel and food on the company's credit card. Same thing works for me in big cities like Chicago, atlanta, miami or vegas.

By experience if I am in a club, I can easily spend more than 50 usd on liquor. One trick that I has worked for me in many regular clubs is to approach people at a VIP. Just say you are alone and just want to seat, and you will get a bottle, if they want they can drink some. Some say yes because they will lose their table if they don't buy a certain numbers of bottles. I only propose that if it is an all girls table or maybe one guy with a couple of girls. I have had good success doing it, especially if its a dancing club. If I do that in santo domingo I will just say I am in town for work, and not saying I am going to sosua. In the US I have pretty good luck with mid 30's girls preferably girls not making a lot of money. Most of them would not say no to a trip after getting to know them. Which I try to line up with a work trip in general. Girls I have met in Africa for example have been more interested with gifts than going on a trip because their families would not allowed them to stay at an hotel. The US girls for example would even go with you knowing you are in a relationship just to be seen on social media in a good hotel, restaurant, etc. The big challenge with regular girls is how to get very close to them without telling them you want a relationship or spend too much.

Is the 4 k the price for everything that was included in the VIP? I will plan to stop by during my trip since I land in santo domingo. I wouldn't mind spending 4 k to get to meet some regular girls for maybe a next trip. I will see the pros in sosua, but then nothing is free with women.
