My boy was celebrating his 60th birthday at Mixer night club so I went to support him. From Zona Colonial to Mixer in uber was 277 pesos. No cover and the place was amazing. Outdoor with a pool with about 10 girls in string bikinis. Multi level with white sofas in VIP. A big cooler with ice was already on the table consisting of a bottle of grey goose (4 K pesos), three presidentes, orange juice, cranberry juice and bottles of water. We had a platter 10 wings, tostionos, fries, short sausage and grilled chicken pieces. Security even offered to send over girls if we wanted. After we finished the food platter we ordered the cooler with the same as before. I left home with 5 k pesos and came home with 1 k, so be prepared to spend money at club Mixer. Overall it was an amazing experience.

I've been to Mixler a couple of times It was OK but I'm not really a club guy (at least not in the DR) but I will say if you liked Mixler you'd dig the Club at the Hotel W&P. Hell the restaurant there is good too but the Club upstairs had some of the most beautiful women I've seen on the Island.

Yes, its a good hotel (last year before pandemic started at least) had a 24 hour cafe. Its by a noisy road some rooms better than others.

Well last year a few expats starting going on Monday nights to watch the NFL football game and we all started paying attention. I'm surprised they didn't have a cover charge and the food was pretty good.

My suggestion would be to go upstairs to the second level because it wasn't crowded, plus you have a good view looking down at the festivities. It was working girls there but I'm not even trying to hear their price in a spot like that. A gringo sitting in Mixer probably won't get anything under 5 k.
